The Conservative’s legacy continues to hurt households struggling to make ends meet. And thanks to this government’s disastrous plan to scrap winter fuel payments, thousands more vulnerable households will have to choose between heating and eating this winter. This cannot continue.

If we’d been shown this headline in 2016, we may have struggled to believe such a mess could be possible. But here we are, 8 years on, being asked to consider concessions on fish and opportunities for young people. And the inescapable crappiness and tedium of it all is.. well.. just so very sad.
