This might be the worst mob farm I've ever made.

(Minecraft, FTB Presents Direwolf20 Season 14 modpack). A zombie spawner in the middle of my base, with an upgraded Zombie statue from the Statues mod. The statue periodically attacks every zombie at once, knocking them back into the corner where they eventually die. The statue produces rotten flesh and iron ingots into the chest below it.

like i just keep seeing the same parallels: a lack of willingness to grow as a person, constant cycles of wanting to improve then just falling back to the same, generally just harmful beliefs and an inability to see themselves as wrong. i could be overthinking it but i don’t want to repeat it again

i don't really remember what else i think is cool to show, I forgot a lot about my own modpack over those 6 months 🤦‍♂️ uhh facts about the modpack: - should be skyblock compatible (although its a bit scuffed) - 1300+ quests i think - ~1200 custom crafting table recipes - 387 mods - 1.12.2 version

Lode ores drop ore shards, which can be smelted for ingots. Most ores don't work with fortune in 1.12, so I added these to make resource collection a lot easier, although I might have overtuned it a bit much.

i'll just post stuff that i did that i think is cool in a thread format. custom items: most of the textures were just the thermal series texturesand malcomriley's unused textures (github.com/malcolmriley...) edited in photopea, but theres a few actual sprites that i made in there.

The full questbook, mostly complete, save for a couple of mods which I frankly haven't looked into too much yet. I put the quests in a general linear progression to hopefully make it easier to read, but I don't know how effective it is cause it makes things look a lot bigger.

It's an expert pack with a sole focus on Tech mods. There's a main progression line which goes through 12 mods, and 13 "side mods" which are optional for progression, but are meant to make other things easier. I'll post the full questbook in a bit.
