Hey there's a petition to make the destruction of books for AI a felony.
Will it actually be made a felony? Probably not. But will a bunch of signatures on a petition like this be a signal to politicians, companies, and investors that the public HATE what AI companies are doing to vintage books? If enough people sign it, yep. And that kind of public noise CANin fact have an impact.

(Link) Here's the petition

"Raising money for a video game is one-and-done, survival funds look like a scam or loosing gamble" is so real. #disability #disabled #tumblr Via: www.tumblr.com/officialspec...

Tumblr User bebsi-cola, Dec 23, 2025:
disabled people are often in permacrisis
[Same user/date]
there's never enough money each month. there's always an unexpected illness. new symptoms pop up or okd symptoms flare up. meds have to be managed always and refilled constantly and any refill has the opportunity to go wrong. any regular care has the opportunity to go wrong. any mistake can send your health spiralling. it's always "i just need to get through this bad patch" but as soon as one ends another begins. another crisis begins in the middle of the last crisis. managing one thing leaves another thing to be neglected until that becomes a major issue and has to be managed asap and the cycle starts anew over and over and over

Waldo, a tabby bengal mix cat, sitting on the floor with a donut shaped cat lolipop is held in front of him in the foreground. There is a bite taken out of the treat and he looks smug.

Finished streaming! Added my "harpy" (Actually a banshee) bellbird character (right), and updated Masara (left). Waugh. #originalcharacters #ocs #myart #attackbugart

A screenshot of clip studio paint, showing a lineup of characters. From left to right, a vERY tall trans man with cloudlike hair, purple to red gradient horns, and wearing naught but a wrap-like skirt with fur trim. The next is a wizard like character in green, holding a staff, they have dark brown fuzzy hair. Next is an antlered male with a pear-ish figure, dressed in a red dress, arm wraps, and fur on his shoulders and hips. Next is a mage wearing a purple manteu, cape, and pants, a blue shirt, boots, and waist wrap. Then is a shy looking person with fading brown hair with a grey streak in the bangs, they are wearing teal colored adventuring clothes. Finally is a harpy-looking woman with dark bird feet, white wings and tail, she has small wings where her ears would be, light grey long stringy hair with feathers, and she is wearing an orange shawl over a periwinkle dress. All characters shown are of varying poc skin tones. The harpy has the darkest skin tone, followed by the mage, the horned man, then the lighter toned are the adventurer, the wizard, and the antlered one.

Working on refs and trying to make different sized people LOOK different sized. I finally got Masara to look right. I love them. So much.

A tall, buff, fat transman with cloud-like white hair, a burgundy beard and tail, wearing a fur-lined skirt and no shirt. Down the left side of their body is stripes in pink and purples. They have one hand on their hip and the other flexed in the air showing off short claws. They have horns and elf-like ears as well.

This is kinda what I mean... more info in alt text.

Two greyscale spheres very roughly shaded in varying ways.
The one on the left (sphere A) is split by a red line. Down the left side of Sphere A is a plain marker tool that has been blended with a round circle blender. On the right side of Sphere A is the plain round marker tool shading. The sides are labeled with red "Blended" and "Marker".
In the center between the spheres is a color swatch of the greys used to shade indicatig three light levels, the background color of the whole image as the main color, and four levels of shadow.

The sphere on the right, Sphere B, is split into 3 sections with dotted red lines. The left side is shaded with a basic texture brush (that looks like a rough paintbrush stroke), then blended with csp's "wet blender" which gives the appearance of having stippled paint with a watery brush, and then painted with a different texture brush to further texturize the shading.
The center of Sphere B is the first two steps of the left side, minus the retexturing. And the right side of Sphere B is just the original texture brush. The left is labeled "wet blender + paint", the center is labeled "wet blender" and the right is labeled "basic texture" all in red.

I don't know why I overcomplicated this by doing the spheres left to right but the sections right to left. Hopefully this helps.
Also "texture" doesn't seem like a real word anymore.

Hey artists! Post some art you made before bluesky!! Alr, I'll post some *old* stuff! Cropped old username out. >:v

Chalkboard art of a smoking jack-o-lantern with stylized words underneath "MellowVape!"

A character in a vest, cape, and tophat drawn in pencil on paper. He has one hand up and the other on his hip and has a smug grin.

A photo of the screen. Screen showing art of two characters dancing over a fiery crack in the ground. Light shines from above and behind them to indicate some sort of fall from grace. A lean mam is being dipped down above the crevice, smoke rising up toward his face, while a buff demon man is lowering him. The demon has one arm raised above toward the light, claws/hand turned down as if preparing to strike, and his tail's sharp tip is dragging a scratch over the lean man's neck.
The demon has long dark hair, and the other man has pale almost white hair.

The color rendering on this looks fairly well done, the proportions are all a bit wonky.

For clarity, I'm doing quick sketches with maybe some color like these. Prices will be between $10 and $30 depending on the character complexity. (And /or will depend on what is donated if you prefer to work within a budget.)

A pen sketch on receipt paper of an elf-like man with a tiny feathered dragon on his shoulder.

A flat colored sketch of a mostly green clown character

A grey colored sketch of a man sitting down with one leg propped up, one arm hanging over the leg. He has orange eyes and an orange halo. That's the only color.

A black and white quick drawing of an anthro artic fox in black shorts and an open black vest.

Oh look he has color now! <3 Meet Glitch, the main character of my comic should I ever actually commit to making it. This nerd has been through it. He's lovable, goofy, and trying to overthrow a corrupt government with Love <3

Glitch, appearing as a human male, sitting on the ground. (Ground and background shown as a blank grey slate because I didn't want to add them to what was supposed to stay a sketch.) He is wearing a brown leather jacket with gold patches, a light grey-blue hoodie underneath, and a dark orange scarf. He has on khaki knee-length shorts, and grey-blue shoes. His right arm is a gold colored prosthetic. He has a bi-colored undercut, the top part of his hair is longer and white, the sides and back are black and short. He has a short goatee (just the beard). His eyes are orange and staring toward the camera. He has a bit of a smile though it's difficult to tell if he's being playful or if he's nervous about being here. Around his head is a thin orange halo.
