Going maybe slightly overboard on a cosplay prop by just making it out of real materials. The ebony barrel and mouthpiece are done, now I just need to cast the brass parts and polish them up. I'm pretty happy with how the mother of pearl inlay turned out.

various 3d printed molds and ebony pipe parts to make a Kiseru.

A drypoint intaglio print I did a while back. I should try doing one of these again.

New favorite dog-proof racoo trap, these ones are super cool. Now I just need to start catching raccoons, I'm kinda tired of just constant oppossom. I swear I have enough to make a vest by now.

Just heard some very loud squirrel noises followed by some very loud and annoyed owl noises about 200 yards away. I'm really curious what just happened there.

Me: I hurt my ankle the other day, I should rest. Also me: i should climb up a mountain today since I really want Brunswick stew Plus it's a beautiful day out and everything smells like fall.

I twisted my ankle Wednesday and really should be resting it, but I also need to get ready for tomorrow morning's stream, chop firewood, and do a bunch of other chores. Really tempted to just hole up in the library and read/write all day.

Ascendance of a Bookworm fanart woodcut of best girl. I keep thinking about how the Gutenburg font, which i copied, became a script when I copied it, then went back to being a font because of the printed woodcut.

A roughly 5"x7" woodcut of the character Rozenmyne, from Ascendance of a Bookworm. She is depicted holding a book and a staff, with a crown above her obscured by tree branches. Across from her is a shield and a cup. In the background is a library with a totally coincidental similarity to the British Museum reading room. Beneath is the latin legend "helluo librorum", meaning "an insatiable devourer of books, written in the Gutenburg font.

You know, I never actually did an intro post. I'm Atropa Everwood, a forest witch vtuber of indeterminate age. I mostly stream fashion drawing, art, crafts, firearms history, outdoors skills, hunting, sewing, and woodworking. I also post art and calligraphy as well, and do Tarot readings.

A colored and gilded woodcut showing a witch in 1590's HRE clothing, wielding a bollock dagger in front of a pire and breaking wheel, with the label of "Die Hexe" above her head.

A quill pen drawing in iron gall ink of a witch at a writing desk struggling to write, with the label "Book" done in 1700's British round-hand. On top of the drawing is a quill pen, a bottle of iron-gall ink, and a 1700's british calligraphy manual.

A parody of a Marty Robbins Album cover, showing a witch drawing a handgun. All the song titles have been changed to be witch-themed, excluding "Big Iron" which was on the original album, and Ruby Ridge, a song detailing the murder of Randy Weaver's wife and son by federal agents. This was done after he was entrapped by an undercover federal agent in retaliation for his refusal to become an informant. After entrapping him into not paying a $200 federal tax, members of the ATF and FBI began a siege where they murdered his dogs, his young son, and his wife. His wife was shot in cold while holding their infant daughter by FBI Agent Lon Houriuchi, who has never been tried for this murder.

A witch who summons a catgirl as a familiar. there's incredibly lewd handholding, with fingers interlocked.

Halloween-y wood engravings! It's definitely a style of printmaking i need to practice, but the level of detail you can get is amazing.

Two wood engravings, one depicting a witch on a broom with a cat transiting the full moon, the other a cauldron over a fire in a dark woods, along with the print blocks and original sketches.

I did some promo art for tomorrow's St.Valentine's day romance Stream. I don't think I've tempered my quills properly, I have to recut the nib way too many times while drawing this. Also, I've never drawn a horse before and it shows.
