I had a consult to start HRT today. I wanted to startmono-therapy via injections. I tried to advocate for myself, but he did not budge on his standard estrogen pills and spiro. Idk if I even want to take them 😔 I have an appt in Dec. with a female endo who would prob listen to me. Maybe I’ll wait?
