Just got this from my "representative" who just voted to pass H.R. 1 in the House. How fucking tone deaf can you be?

Welp, this is it. I started my streak way back in August of 2021, and haven't used a single Streak Freeze since early December 2023. I also never missed a single monthly badge. That all ends today. Goodbye and good riddance, Duolingo.

It looks like you may be getting your wish. Suck it, Elon.

This dude followed one of my friends on Discord as well, so I got curious and checked him out on Clearsky. Unsurprisingly, this dude is currently the #1 most blocked account in the last 24 hours.

The top user on the leaderboard is @tomfay-official.bsky.social, a spam account that has been mass following other users, including the OP of this thread.

There's no way the company signed off on this, so place your bets! Was this the work of a hacker or a rogue social media intern?

@amirtalai.bsky.social my state has to count mail-in ballots on Election Day. I just checked mine and got confirmation that my vote has been counted! One more vote for Harris! #vote #election

This has since been retracted and clarified in the FurAffinity Discord. It's currently a shitshow over there, but the staff have been taking notes on the discussion and are going to hopefully make some changes.

Ultimately, it's considered polite to label your own content appropriately so that the moderation service doesn't have to, especially since they sometimes have to rely on user reports. This also helps prevent the previously mentioned inconsistency.

The content is SUPPOSED to get labeled so that people can choose if they want to see it. The inconsistency might be because of the "Sexually Suggestive (Cartoon)" label that has to be configured in the settings for Bluesky Moderation Service (they're the ones that add labels if you don't).

Reminds me of those 3D cutout dragons that would follow your gaze, I think they're called Gardner dragons.

I just got this announcement from the e621 Discord server, this bill is going to be catastrophic if it gets signed into law. If you're an Arizona resident, please ask the governor to veto the bill here: votervoice.net/FreeSpeech/C... . Otherwise, spread the word.
