The Drama - 9/10 I have never screeched so much at a movie ever

Vriska Wifegirl ::::) @athene.gay · 09/10/2026

Control Resonant - 8/10 I expected Remedy to cook with Control 2. I did not expect the game to be about BEING TRANSGENDER. Every game remedy drop is incredible and this is no different. I hope this sells one trillion copies. Please keep remedy afloat

The Adventure Zone: Story and Song - 10/10 They really did it. Story and Song is a finale to a podcast I held near and dear to my heart for a long time. Unbelievably, Caery Pietsch et al translate that fantastic ending into a tremendous explosion of colour and beauty. It inspires me to keep drawing.

Silo (S01-03) - 7/10 Solid sci-fi! Season 2 lost me a bit but I really liked season 3. Finale of the most recent season has a scene so viscerally disgusting I felt like I had to scour myself clean afterwards.

Star Trek: The Next Generation - 9/10 Look you don't need me to tell you TNG is good. Rough first season quickly blossoms out into some of the best sci-fi, nay, the best TV ever broadcast. What a show.

Chainsmoker Cat - 8/10 Deeply charming slice of life about a real goblin woman. I love yaniko dearly and I want her to lez out with the mangaka

Ghost Town - 9/10 Excellent little horror mystery that pushed itself from an 8 to a 9 in its last segment. Dropping you into *that hallway* in VR is terrifying. Masterful

Coyote Vs Acme - 8/10 Proof, if ever it was needed, that CEOs wouldn't know a good thing if it hit them with a cartoon mallet. Surprising parallels with Camp Miasma and Portal 2. Highly recommend.

Resident Evil 4 VR - 9/10 Look it's kind of cheating to just rerelease a genre defining action game on vr and call it a day. Like of course it's good. This is a genuinely great adaptation to the format tho (some extremely satisfying guns oooooh). And it's resi 4. Like yeah. Of course it's amazing.

Portal: Alive And Kicking - 8/10 Solid remaster of Portal that gets into some really interesting "remaster Vs remake" territory when it comes to the escape section. Really like what it does to align the aperture "backstage" with portal 2, while still not losing what makes portal 1's feel so grimy

Big Walk - 10/10 Video games are a waste of time. But my if they aren't the most profound and beautiful way of wasting time with people I love.

Portal 2: Project 2009 - 8/10 Lovely little historical mod that has been unfortunately instantly made redundant by the steam2 gigaleak. That doesn't, however, mean it isn't worth playing! This is an astonishing labour of love that is also remarkably accurate. Highly recommend.

Hades 2 - 8/10 Put this down shortly before chapter 5 came out and think I'm done with it. I didn't finish it but I did kill chronos. It's Hades, again! It's great! Still sauce less tho. Why are you gonna remove the incest from greek mythology

This, from the latest newsletter, is I think why homestuck is so important to the existence of Deltarune. Homestuck created this environment for Toby, one of wonder and magic, and now hes continuing that for others with DR. I've described DR chapter drops as "upd8"s before and I think its true

Splatoon Raiders: 8/10 Incredibly weird to see nintendo release an incremental power creep game. Good, though! The builds you can make in this are disgustingly fun. Splatoon still unmatched

Spiderman: Brand New Day: 7/10 Hard to go wrong with Spidey. The plot is typical marvel slop but Holland and Zendaya are such talented actors and have such chemistry that it carries every one of these flicks to be better than their brethren. Sadie Sink is great here too
