Like yes of course they look Very different when you account for the sum of all their features. Kamil has a distinctly flat SEAsian nose, meanwhile Zenos is the whitest boy you've ever seen. I'm just saying, in profile, they both have that like.... big cat Nose Shape, for better or for worse 👎
