Gauging interest: would anyone be down for a Dead Boy Detectives watch party this month? 👀 If there's not already one going on, I plan to rewatch this month and I'd looooove some company! 💜 #DeadBoyDetectives #SaveDeadBoyDetectives

3/3 just over two years ago. I'm really, truly grateful just to be here, and to create alongside what I truly believe are some of the coolest people. When I say DBDA brings me joy, I'm talking about you guys, too. Love you all 💜 #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

2/3 that one of the best things to come out of this show has been getting to know so many people in the fandom. I've met some of my truest, lifelong friends here. I've taken creative risks I NEVER would have felt brave enough to do #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

1/3 I fell in love with DBD because of how it balanced whimsical, supernatural plots with deeply personal, necessary, beautiful stories and representation. But I've talked about that a lot, so I actually want to take a moment to say #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

In general, I think Edwin has some of the best quotes in the show. Honorable mention to "Bad guys do not worry about being bad guys" and "It is not what you did; it is what you do that matters." as well! #SaveDeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

This is a REALLY tough one, but the big 2 for me are Jenny's "Screw the past, you can be whoever you want" and Edwin's "If you punish yourself, everywhere becomes Hell." 💜 #SaveDeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

RIGHT? I cannot even imagine what filming in that thing was like, but I'm so overjoyed and completely fascinated with the process as a bystander lmfao. Practical stunts and FX are truly an art. I will never get enough!

I'm gonna go REAL non-traditional with this and say the Sprites. I think they would have played a really interesting role in the future, and I loved their one-liners. Underrated problematic besties. They have wlw/mlm solidarity to me 😇 #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

Now, to answer the question! No exaggeration; Charles Rowland's story changed my life. I won't get into it, and you guys don't need to hear the theatrics on my end (lol), but seriously. He's a part of my heart, and my healing journey, forever. #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

3/5 TLDR; the characters are why I fell in love with Dead Boy Detectives. The characters drew me in more and more with every episode. The biggest reason I'm still passionate about this story is because of the impact the representation #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

2/5 such a short amount of time. I felt like, even with the abundant background we were shown and told, the writers intentionally set the groundwork to say, "Hey, there's still so much more than meets the eye, more to learn ahead." #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

1/5 As much as I go on and on about Charles, I will say that picking a favorite character in Dead Boy Detectives is genuinely a challenge. One of the things I love about the writing is how the characters feel so rich and detailed in #DeadBoyDetectives #AgencyAppreciation

2/4 Lighthouse Leapers is such a "Point of no return" in the show; it acts as a perfect midway point that answers several questions while presenting even deeper ones to explore moving forward. I feel like ep 4 enriches the DBD universe #AgencyAppreciation #SaveDeadBoyDetectives
