Ah, it is fascinating how much food is consumed by your species every day. On average, I would only partake in a single 'meal' per human day. As one can imagine that results in an inconsistent diet for each day, so unfortunately I cannot give a description for my 'breakfast'.

How well I navigate depends on what animal I become. If it's anything like an Earth insect then not too well I think. Anything walking on more than two limbs would take a while. I certainly think suddenly being human would definitely be disorientating.

There's been many so I'll tell just one of them. One of the places me and Velisal arrived on had a large ocean with icebergs made of potassium. Apparently the only reason why they weren't reacting was the thin layer on the outside. You can imagine my surprise when a calving event goes explosive.

Naturally speaking, showers would be more suitable, and depending on environmental conditions it could be twice a day to once per three days. This comes with the caveat that a 'day' for me is equal to 16 of your Earth hours.

Ah, me and my forms have ways of handling the heat. For example, what Carlos calls 'fur' is actually small tube-like strands that are able to expel hot water as sweat, without feeling all gross like what happens with humans. Going underground or migrating to colder regions are also viable options.

Integrity can only go so far, just as much as kindness can onto go so far. Kindness should also not be confused with being nice, and integrity can come with a bunch of loopholes (what if you break integrity short-term to achieve something integral long-term). I don't think either is more important.
