I needed to publish a support page for my side project without adding any hosting cost. Free tier, flat-rate pricing, auto HTTPS, and I could ship it by just telling my AI agent to "deploy." No dashboard, no manual setup. lolipop-now.app

Built ctxpack — a CLI that strips nav/ads/footers from web pages before your AI agent reads them. Python argparse docs: 81,506 → 20,495 tokens (74.9% reduction). Works great as a pre-step before WebFetch in Claude Code. github.com/atani/ctxpack

I actually measured Claude Code token savings instead of just reading about techniques. Result: cumulative cacheRead hit 13.6B tokens, and on one day cacheRead was 1,800x the input. Code search via semble reduced reads by 93%. The prompt cache effect was way bigger than I expected.

Recreated VS Code's "Pixel Agents" as a cmux custom sidebar: a tiny pixel office where each open workspace is an agent at a desk — working, waiting for you, or asleep. Just an ~80-line SwiftUI-style config file, no build step. gist.github.com/atani/f7b828ac06f37…

Running Claude Code from cron at night hits four interactive UI walls that `--dangerously-skip-permissions` alone won't silence. Wrote up how I broke through each one — bypass prompt, trust-folder dialog, MCP allow/deny, repo exclusion — so you don't wake up to a zero-PR morning.

Automated our team's weekly report with 2 bash scripts. GraphQL API fetches PRs across the org, jq handles stats, and claude -p groups them by theme into markdown. The "judgment" part is the only thing the LLM does — data collection stays deterministic.
