Actually we should just give citizenship to every undocumented person in the United States who wants it. Walking over an imaginary line isn't some great moral atrocity. Making people live in the shadows as a permanent underclass absolutely IS.

Everyone who tried to draw around me and started drawing LOVED it at the beginning because of their QUICK IMPROVEMENT. Then quit when they hit The Wall™️. But it's when you hit The Wall™️ that you NEED to push through with practice!! And you gotta do it for yourself, because it's ALWAYS worth it! 😤

Curse of Strahd An anniversary poster I made for our CoS group! Happy 3 years darlings, may we not succumb to The Horrors <3 [ We are running the She Is The Ancient module with a healthy sprinkling of even more homebrew on top, players tagged below. ]

An intricate comic-style poster drawn digitally, depicting a group of figures in a dark, gloomy fantasy setting, surrounded by gothic arches.. The colours are contrasting shades of muted reds and pale green on black and grey background. There is a bright red-pink moon on the top edge of the illustration, lighting the figures below.
The center has 6 adventurers huddled together back to back, all in pensive and solemn state. There are roots winding their way up the group and up the stone arches on the borders. Above the group of characters, there is a large portrait of a dark haired vampire woman and 5 more smaller vampire figures to her side arranged in a crescent. There is a castle and a bare-branched tree in the background as well.
The plaque at the bottom edge says “Curse of Strahd”
Characters:
Top left - Orren ( @aghdom.eu ), top right - Bo’rah ( tumblr.com/betaadmin ), center - Petrichor ( @eyeofthenewt.bsky.social ), bottom left - NPC Ezra (genderbent Esmeralda) (GM - Paulina) bottom centre - Victoro ( @coupleofkooks.bsky.social ), bottom right - Ireena
Centre page - Countess Strahd, left of her bottom up - Kasym (genderbent Ludmilla), Escher, Anastrasya, Volenta, Rahadin.

today is my birthday!!! can i ask for some shares on my art? 🌈💗🐸🌻

A digital fantasy illustration of a smiling fey-like woman sitting next to a round display window with dark wood frames, full of books and a potted plant with round white flowers on shelves. There are two books with visible titles, "Old Gods in Yivezheng" and "The Great Earth Eater".
She has a warm green complexion with some moles on her face, big teal eyes looking at the camera and brown medium-lenght braids. Kelp-like horns grow from behind her head and between the horns there is a gold headdress shaped like a chrysanthemum. She wears big round gold earrings. The dress she is wearing is dark green with white rectangular collars and brown leather parts such as a corset and cuffs. There are gold buttons on her puff sleeves. She is holding a big nondescript open book with one hand and her other hand is close to her face.
The background is dark brown with different warm color tones. There are paper triangle flags hanging behind her but in front of the bookstore. End ID.

A colored digital illustration of a portrait-size feminine character with long wavy green hair and striking deep red eyes, looking at the camera while smiling softly. They have horns made up of hair, a gold earring with a ribcage, a choker and a white frilly top. They have one hand up, holding a stylized heart-shaped scissor with little horns portruding while their hand is dripping in blood. Behind the character's head, there's a big anatomical heart drawn in hatches and a textured gold circle in the background. Overall, the background is gray pink and colors used for details are intense red. End ID.

CW: Grooming 1/? A long time coming. And in the current era of wanting to censor the internet and force ID-verification, I think its important for me to share how those kinds of checks would not have protected me at all. alt text might be spread between images, sorry.

I'll put it simply and at the forefront: I was groomed and sexually exploited as a child on the internet for my entire teen years. This is a post looking back on that.

For a very long time, I have treated this as an experience I went through that I closed the door on and moved on from. However, it's impossible for me to really do so because it is embedded in who I am as a person now. I don't care to censor the name of the person who did it to me either. They can go fuck themselves. I spent too long thinking I had to be cordial as the victim.
I also think its just been on my mind, with the censorship and ID-verification hellscape that is happening right now.
I think that it is relevant that I speak about this openly, as I'm comfortable doing so finally. It matters to me that the people that would use me and my experiences as a weapon to call for censorship can see that these moves to "protect children" will not work.

As most teenagers, I snuck my way into nsfw spaces and looked at nsfw image boards out of curiosity and interest. I was a neurodivergent kid that was undiagnosed and struggled to find any sort of relatability to people my age, the sense of "i grew up too fast". So when I was getting along with adults, and getting positive attention from them, I was always very happy.
I never experienced anything negative in the nsfw spaces I invaded when I shouldn't have. Either I would get kicked out if the people were responsible, or I was a lurker that no one even knew was a minor. Nothing I saw there normalised any sort of behaviour between minors and adults for me.

But no one ever really warns that people who actually want to harm minors will go to places where they know there will be minors. Predators will not hang out in places where adults can easily call them out. They will either go to or create spaces where they are the dominant force in the environment, so that the minors they exploit will not have anyone to pull them aside and go "hey, this isn't normal.". This is a lot easier to identify in real life, where your physical body is much more at risk.
But digital second locations exist online and it's much harder to notice you were moved to one as a kid when the digital world feels so abstract. Especially when knowledge about this kind of internet safety was still limited, it having happened in the mid 2010's.

I met Forelle on flight rising when I was 14 within the plague flight discord, and we quickly started getting along. Forelle was twice my age.
I can still see the chat messages between us when I look at my message history in that discord. I deleted all the images of myself that I had shared back then when I rejoined. I don't like seeing the way they complimented my appearance after realising how they used me. Calling me adorable, cute, etc. It feels gross.
We were friends. Good friends, even. And eventually they heard that I was really interested in trying out dnd, so when there was a flight rising dnd server we both congregated there and made a little group. It had to be SFW because of flight rising rules, but we eventually branched out of it into our own server disconnected to FR. Nothing there that would be reportable to the virtual pet-site as TOS-breaking. Initially I took that as "we can do more violence and gore in the stories now!!"
Initially, this simply began as introducing fade-to-black sex scenes here and there in the game. And from there it began spiralling.
