at3d.app @at3d.app · 31/03/2026I've been looking into how Viverse and Arrival.space handle traversal, seems like it's mostly URL navigation with avatar reloading on each side. Also updated the spec to add gaussian splat support .ply/.splat/.spz to *.model and portals inspired by OMI_link to .scene 110
at3d.app @at3d.app · 31/03/2026Totally fair concern. But it's fully opt-in. The simplest use is just letting players bring their own avatar instead of creating a new one. Your game stays yours, they just show up as themselves. The MMO layer is there for games that want shared progression, but nothing forces it. 100
at3d.app @at3d.app · 31/03/2026because it keeps coming up: There's no token or blockchain. at3d.app stores your avatar, stats, and achievements on your own ATproto server. Games verify data by checking signed attestation records from servers you actually played on. Player-owned. Verifiable. #at3d #atproto #gamedev #indiedevat3d.appat3d.app — portable 3D identity for AT ProtocolAn open standard for portable 3D and 2D avatars, virtual worlds, and game characters on the AT Protocol network. 195
at3d.app @at3d.app · 31/03/2026Really good call, that's going on the landing page. The whole point is that your achievements and progression are verifiable and portable without needing a blockchain. Player-owned verified data. Thanks! 010
at3d.app @at3d.app · 31/03/2026Going to look into @atroom.blue !! If anyone's building similar apps and tooling I'd love to connect. 020
