I just start at issue 1 of whatever series looks good and i've found i've never really needed any background knowledge to enjoy them and a lot of the time when something is referenced they tend to like put a little asterisk there that tells you what you can read for backstory (never needed to)

It was region locked between NA and EU as well. EU had to wait a year for SMTIV while it was available in eng in NA, unplayable on EU 3DS systems. Devil Survivor Overclocked took almost 2 years to get from NA to EU. Neither of those games had any added content in EU either (no additional languages)

I consistently have super strength (throwing cars and stuff), being able to go through walls and the like (but I really have to push myself against the wall to do it), levitating (not flying, just a few inches off the ground) and I can often summon things into my hands. I rarely have dreams without.
