Trick-or-treating #mitsukou

image. art of mitsuba and kou, outside, drinking something from cartons with straws.

mitsuba asks what halloween is. kou replies "like, wearing scary costumes to get free candy and stuff…"

next image. mitsuba transforms into his school wonder form, extending his hand out.

he asks "so you'll give me candy for looking like this?" kou replies "nooo mitsuba you're supposed to go door to door and work for it"

next image. mitsuba and kou stare at each other in silence and kou is confused by it

final image. kou is in a t-shirt with a skeleton printed on it and sweatpants holding several bags and baskets, while mitsuba is still in his school wonder form, dragging kou.

mitsuba says "hurry up! there's another house over there!" while kou says "I agreed to trick or treat WITH you, not FOR you." mitsuba replies "but no one can see me." kou argues back "well, yeah, but…"

Diary [2/2]

image. art of mitsuba's diary. there's two scribbled out doodles on the left page which definitely aren't of kou, plus a doodle of a bunny. the text on the right page says "Today in class that stupid you know who guy asked me if I could help him with his English homework so I looked and he got every single question wrong. How the hell is he so stupid and how the hell does he still think that earring looks good when I told him so many times that I'm gonna put his traffic safety charm to the test and run him over if he still doesn't take it off by the time I get a car? I'm actually so sick of that stupid fucking earring. But I could never feel sick of him though. If I could I would talk to him all day I mean I guess I have him added on line but (scribbled out text saying: it's not the same as talking in person because I like being able to look at his face since aside from that earring he's kinda cute and) it doesn't feel the same as talking in person. Maybe I could drag him to a store when we walk home from school together tomorrow (scribbled out text saying: so we can spend more time together) so we can talk more."

image. art of Mitsuba and Kou as girls holding hands.

There is a bullet point list on each side of the canvas describing genderbent Mitsuba and Kou.

Mitsuba's side says "smells like sweet perfume," "still hates Kou's earring," "kinda wants to grow her hair out but she's a supernatural so she can't so whatever," and "likes doing kou's hair and makeup and nails and dressing her up (kou isn't really the biggest fan of the look sometimes, but if it means spending time with her girlfriend…)"

Kou's side says "smells… clean," "doesn't use conditioner???" "dresses solely for comfort and practicality, "wow... maybe in another life she could've been a boy," "usually has her hair in a ponytail or messy bun," "will actually crash out if one more person tells her to act more ladylike" and "looks up to her sister teru"
