you know what, i like portraying them in their non-human forms

A 4-panel sketch of characters based on Geometry Dash levels Nine Circles and Jawbreaker. Here, NC is a circle with a single diamond-shaped eye, two arms, and is orbited by eight smaller circles. Jawbreaker is a jawbreaker candy with a semi-transparent screenshot of the level overlaid on top of it.
Panel 1 shows both NC and Jawbreaker. Jawbreaker tells NC "You've gained an eye and arms since I last saw you."
Panel 2 zooms in on Jawbreaker. He continues: "What? Are you going to gain a mouth too, so that you could laugh at me for being reduced to a candy?"
Panel 3 shows NC staring blankly.
Panel 4: NC's mouth appears under his eye, and he starts laughing mockingly. Jawbreaker, out of frame, shouts "DAMN YOU NINE-"

just installed the new alpha and i love this setting in particular (btw it disables smooth scrolling implemented in this update)

OpenUtau's Preferences window, with Appearance tab open. The first setting reads "My computer is potato".

trying ou's daw integration on a song with tempo changes is going very well so far :)

An instance of OpenUtau and 31+ error alert windows are open at the same time

The error alert window that reads "the DAW's project tempo does not match this project's tempo. The two timelines will only agree in seconds, not in bars - align the tempos to keep them in sync. (DAW: 209 / OpenUtau: 174)"

it's not that big of an achievement to anyone else, but to me it very much is death moon is one of the levels i dreamed to beat as a kid and i feel like i finally redeemed myself after the ragequit ok i can delete the game again goodbye

000

aster / orion *◇ @astrasuz.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

i expected it to take way longer (from over a week to under a month) but i'm surprised it took me only 2 days and a few hours??? i may have spent an excess thousand attempts on it (2829 total now), but i don't care, i've beat the level and it's the hardest one i've beaten so far

100

aster / orion *◇ @astrasuz.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

my skills were nearly fully reset from a lack of practice because of the 6+ year ragequit just a few days ago i couldn't beat stereo madness on the first try 2 days and a few hours after i returned, i finally beat death moon

A screenshot of Death Moon level completion in Geometry Dash. Red text in the level translates to "Death Moon", green text in the middle reads "Level complete!" and at the top is a quest completion pop-up.

A screenshot of the level page for Death Moon by Caustic.

59% completed today's goal of getting past the first drop i didn't practice anything after that part just yet, i'll get to it either later today or tomorrow my arms hurt

aster / orion *◇ @astrasuz.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

yesterday i re-beat all levels in gd meltdown, world and subzero (power trip gave me a bit of a headache) it is the beginning of day 2 and i got 44% on death moon (the level that caused me to ragequit in the first place)
