idk how much more of this I'll share while I'm working on the first instalment, but..my first comic page is finally fucking done. Hype. #art #bskyart #comic #comicart #OC #originalart #noAI

A comic page with 5 panels, the first of which being a sprawling landscape with a palace, mountains, a city, and a harbor of ships. It reads "In the Zamarozian city of Selva, there is more activity than usual..."
In the next panel, the character we are focused on is thinking to themselves, "I can't wait to finally get out of the cold. I'm sick of this city...And the streets are busy today, ugh."

In the next panel she walks down the street and her thoughts continue, "Something has people here on edge, too. More than usual, anyway."

We get a close-up view of the character's face; we see a lavender colored person with pointed ears, white hair, black sclera and purple irises and white pupils, and horns which are adorned with gold jewelry. The character thinks to herself, "Huh? Is that...a Knight? Away from the palace? What's going on?"
In the next panel, she is peaking her head around the corner of a building, and thinks to herself, "No- it's an entire war envoy..! I need to get to the docks. I have what I came for. It's time to leave."

My friends and I have been using this app called Roost to send messages to each other and the way it works is you use birds or snails or turtles to send messages so they take an extended period of time to arrive (hours or days or months) and anyway I’ve been role playing a medieval man named Alfred

A screenshot of the Roost app where I am sending messages to a friend of mine. The app uses “real” birds to determine when your messages arrive to your messenger partners depending on your location in the world. The messages read as follows;

Me: THINE ASS IS A TURBULENT CREATURE AS WELL? HOW PECULIAR

Friend: sure is! wanna see how turbulent it gets

Me: DOTHST THOU OBTAIN SOME SICKENING ENJOYMENT FROM THE FOUL MIASMA THAT SPILLS FROM THINE CHEEKS????? |
SHOULD SEEK OUT A PRIEST TO CLEANSE YE OF THIS AFFLICTION....

I’m just gonna leave this here. It’s insane to me how a person can understand one thing so clearly but not see (or in this case I believe PRETEND to not see) the parallel immediately beside it.

A post from Sharon O’dea, an AI-positive person, who said “it will never not be mental that the man who promised to reinvent public transport only to deliver something inferior to the bus is now a trillionaire because the market thinks he can reinvent space travel” in regards to an article about Elon Musk.
I quoted her post with, “it will never not be mental that the people who promised to reinvent art and literature only to deliver something inferior to human creativity are now billionaires because the market thinks they can reinvent imagination.”

A warhammer 40,000 space marine with purple and red chromatic armor that has oxidized and rusted in areas and is trimmed in vibrant gold. The space marine's armor is covered in alchemical symbols of amalgamation, sulfur, verdigris, rot, and gold. There are prayer seals all over the armor. Blood drips from their armor and the hammer they are holding in their right hand. In their left hand, they hold a chain that is leashed to a creature that looks like a mix of animal, human, and tyranid, with a distended skull that looks like it could have once belonged to a person. The creature is also covered in blood. It appears to be obedient to the space marine.

still very much a work in progress but I'm so damn happy with how this is looking already. This isn't the coloration I originally was going to go with but I'm glad this is where I ended up! #art #bskyart #paint #painting #armor #powersuit #warhammer #spacemarine #40k #warhammer40k #blood #horror

a work in progress painting of a concept design for a warhammer space marine chapter/faction. The space marine's armor is a chromatic plum and deep bloody red coloration with oxidation, rust, and texture with a bright red shiny highlight and luminous golden accents. Paints of alchemical symbols decorate the armor; one symbol for gold, one for rot, one for verdigris, one for amalgamation, and one for sulfur. The space marine holds a large rusty copper hammer in their right hand, and holds a chain leash in their other that is tethered to an amalgamated beastly creature that has numerous limbs of varying size and mutatedness. It has a gaping maw of teeth and it has a facial shape that looks somewhat like a distended human skull. The hammer is covered in blood as though the space marine just finished pummelling something to death.

I designed 3 dragons today just to see how the template works and so far so good. I have to make a couple of minor tweaks depending on which version of the template I use, but otherwise I'm really liking this. #art #bskyart #characterdesign #OC #OCDesign #dragon #dragons #comic #comicart

character design of a white, fleshy-pink, and gold dragon. It has a ridge of white downy feathers along its topline, and golden shiny scales on its legs. It has light goldish-beige colored horns and golden eyes. It has many rows of horns and protrusions on its head, neck, and tail.

A character design of a deep blue colored dragon. It has corkscrew horns along its head and somewhat on its neck and tail, and robust patches of orange and yellow flame-colored downy feathers along its topline and chest. It has lighter blue and darker blue stripes along the tip of the tail, and intense orange eyes.

A character design of a dragon. The dragon is primarily grey colored but has muted green accents and bright reddish-orange wing undersides and stripes with orange and green sails that extend across the entire body. It has black horns on its head, neck, and tail, and has orange eyes.

It has large quills on its head and cheeks like that of an oarfish. It is a deep sea teal coloration with rippling stripes, and its fins go from pale off-white to a bright luminous pink at the front. a painting of messmer the impaler from elden ring's shadow of the erdtree DLC. Flames surround him as his serpent curls over his back. A great cavernous maw replaces where his right eye used to be, and his left eye is closed, presumably also missing. In the right eye socket, flames pour out, and deep in the cavity there is a small serpentine shape, eating away at something in a coiled ball. His skin on his face is mostly falling away from what looks like burns. The darkest colors of his scars seem to meld with his bright red hair.

A painting of a knight on horseback during a storm. His horse looks to the sky in terror as a dragon flies overhead, casting its enormous shadow onto them. The knight, unbothered by the dragon’s presence, looks before him towards a young man wielding a sword, standing at the ready. The knight is surrounded by barking snarling dogs that he commands, and they begin to approach the young man with the sword, ready to launch their attack. The fight seems unevenly matched. The painting is dark, tense, and dramatic.

The brain is surrounded by surreal. concussive bright light and swirling glowing lines and stars.
