Kinktober Day 1-6: Gag + Crop (I'm just grabbing prompts from whichever kinktober/etc lists that catch my fancy, hahaha) But hey!! Wanted to join in on the Kinktober fun with some Lucien and Valerian hehehehehe~ 🥰💕 #NSFW #Kinktober #Antipathy #OCs

Illustration depicting Lucien holding a riding crop and grabbing the hair of Valerian, who is gagged and bound up in harness gear with a pony tail plug and bruise marks on his ass

Work/life's been kicking my ass lately but I finally-!! Finished!! Thumbnails/roughs for my comic!!! It came out to 19 pages so far, hope y'all are ready for some gratuitous Vinh bullying via sounding kekekeke~ Also just really like how this Carmine rough sketch turned out, please look at it :')

screenshot of rough sketch showing Carmine leaning in close to a cringing Vinh, asking him "Want me to take it out?"

Rough sketches/thumbnails of comic panels, including one of Vinh yelling out "No!" and a closeup of Carmine's hand stroking a dick with a sounding rod stuck in it

Witch Hat Atelier Vols. 6-9 - Solid read, if a bit slow some volumes. I'm enjoying dark Custas, the conflict and darker tone are nice here though some things are still a bit too heavy-handed and wholesome for me hahaha, gorgeous art as always though!

The Scum Laugh Vol. 1 - Was really excited for this series, conceptually loved the characters/concept but the execution through short vignettes was rather disappointing, characters also felt a bit one-note... The Titan's Bride Vol. 8 - This egg-hatching arc is boring af and the story is dragging...

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Romelia War Chronicle Vol. 2 - Really enjoying this series, the actual battle experience/soldier training details are really fun and there were some great emotional moments too! Excited for the anime! Ghost in the Shell Vol. 1 - Nice to finally actually read the original work, if still so dense...😅

110

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

No. 5 Vol. 1 - Taiyo Matsumoto's work is very hit or miss for me, I tend to enjoy most of them but this one is a bit too trippy and hard to follow... Omega Megaera Vols. 1 & 2 - Mentioned this series before but this remains really good!! Love the intense worldbuilding and messy characters so much!

110

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Kowloon Generic Romance Vol. 11 - This series is so slow/meandering and hard to follow at times lmao, but some revelations finally happening I guess...? Fun characters too Murcielago Vol. 3 - This series suffers from way too much dialogue/blabbing but still, gotta support my evil lesbian murderer 😆

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

I Have A Secret Omnibus Vol. 1 - Unfortunately I hate this writer and this execution and this story. I tried to give this author a second chance, regretted it... Kingdom Vols. 6 & 7 - First battle finally over! Felt a bit slow, and not super cohesive? But still a fun read overall and enjoyable!

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Drawing From Your Memory Vol. 1 - Interesting premise and engaging storyline, but to turn into a repeating trope...? Have to see if it can stay interesting... Forgive-Me-Not - I really enjoy this author's character development and storytelling skills, story was really fun if a bit typical YA haha

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Daemons of the Shadow Realm Vols. 8&9 - Remains one of my favorite ongoing series, if a bit slow these last two volumes fleshing out the characters, but the real conflict/plot is finally starting to be revealed-! Dai Dark Vols. 5-7 - Ok, but still ain't no Dorohedoro unfortunately, chars lack depth

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Centuria Vol. 2 - Gorgeous art and really enjoying the story, though pacing is a bit slow this volume, an interesting enough arc though! Color of the End Vol. 2 - Storytelling is pretty basic/predictable episodic stuff, but this series really shines with its lovely environments and backgrounds!

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

A Witch's Life in Mongol Vol. 2 - Still super enjoying this series, and the anime was such a blast to watch, it really elevated the source material with the music and colors! Bride of Ignat Vol. 1 - GORGEOUS, absolutely breathtaking art, but unfortunately story and writing are kind of weak...

Chapter 46 is finally up!!!! Whew, this illustration took me way too damn long, apologies (and I'm still not even happy with it, sob), but I hope the effort (why did I decide to hand-detail everything;;;;;;) was worth it even a little... :') archiveofourown.org/works/340286...

I check out all of these books from the library, I feel very lucky that I get to live in a big city with such well-funded library systems, as I'm still very much a print book reader hahaha so I'm grateful to them every damn day. Here's my fat stack lol. Go support your local library, they rock!! 📚👊💥

Wave, Listen to Me! Vol. 11 - Just reading this because I'm such a Hiroaki Samura fan, but when will he release the next volume of Die Wergelder, please, I'm dying lmao--😂 Think I'll stop there for now, other titles were mostly unremarkable to me but lmk if you want my reviews on any of em haha!

100

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Baki the Grappler Vol. 10 - Been enjoying this series quite a lot, the poses are sooooo dynamic and so much fun, I love how expressive and energetic the drawings are! Story gets a bit repetitive but still enjoyable enough, and Baki's mom is one of my favorite characters hahaha

120

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Trillion Game Vol. 10 - Another top ongoing series that I've been enjoying with each release, the story is a bit ridiculous at times but the reveals and the characters are still just so enjoyable and endearing, and I've just been drinking up Ryoichi Ikegami's beautiful art, he's one of my favorites!

110

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

The Ghost in the Shell: The Human Algorithm Vol. 8 - Absolute fucking banger of a series, such a delightful trip and so sad it's over!! The art is drop-dead gorgeous and stunning panel after panel, so detailed, and the story feels like a faithful continuation of the movies, ahhh wish there was more!

120

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

The Demon of Beausoleil - Really enjoyed this one!! The worldbuilding was a little weak at times, but I really adored the characters and how they played off of each other, Helianthes is such a delightful little shit with his own deep trauma and just made for such an enjoyable (and smutty) read haha

120

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Tank Chair Vol. 7 - Pretty good, got some nice dramatic moments and angst, but the new arc feels a bit exhausting with all of the new chars being introduced, sigh The Climber Vol. 5 - Gorgeous stunning art as always, but story-wise a bit meh, and don't really like how female characters are handled..

120

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Slam Dunk Vol. 11 - Perfection, what more needs to be said, lol. Inoue's love of basketball bleeds through in every damn panel and it's such a joy to behold, even if I'm not into sports manga Scenes from Awajima Vol. 1 - Delightful read, love the characters' depths, if a bit dense to parse sometimes

130

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Phantom Busters Vols. 2-3 - Good dumb fun, the characters are so silly and charming hahaha, it's a simple enough story but the humor really helps carry it Sheeta's Little Big World Vol. 3 - Really fun (and surprisingly dark) story & lush world, rather disappointed in the rushed ending, what a shame!

130

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Kingdom Vols. 2-5 - Up through the end of the rebellion/usurper king arc, really fun time and enjoyed the pacing! My only gripe is my disbelief that Xin can be such a kickass fighter just from practicing with a wooden sword against a single friend/sparring partner lmao, but ahwell.

120

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Fool Night Vol. 8 - One of the titles I'm most excited to pick up every time, the art for this series is so intricate and appealing, and the earlier volumes were incredibly well-done! Latest volumes a bit slower/lackluster in pacing and in moving the plot forward, but still enjoyable enough!

130

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Dai Dark Vols. 1-3 - Entertaining enough, but lacks the depth of character interactions and development that Dorohedoro had, so rather disappointed in this series so far, sigh Honeko Akabane's Bodyguards Vol. 9 - Meh on the story still lol, but the art remains a delight, so dynamic and appealing!!

111

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Daemons of the Shadow Realm Vols. 4-7 - Really good! Super enjoying this series, as well as in watching the anime as it's coming out currently. I appreciate the attention to detail and slower pacing of this story, and the intricate plotting and fight scenes are super enjoyable!!

131

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

A Howl of the Heart vol. 1 - Really good! It's a bit light on the worldbuilding, but I love the Chinese-inspired setting/designs and the lovers-to-unexpected rivals setup and hatred, though towards the end it's already getting a bit too wholesome BL-y for me, lol, but willing to see where it goes!

130

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Wanted to try something a lil different, monthly book reviews of what I read last month!! I wanna make a proper doujinshi-style comic to print out myself, so I want to get better at tones and learn to work with more limited options, it's a bit freeing in a way-! Also damn, tones really let the lineart shine so much better, my lineart always gets swallowed up by solid fill shading... :')

4101

Aster V @Maji Manga Market! @asterv.bsky.social · 03/08/2026

Testing some options for the comic I'm planning... I did up this earlier solid fill/gradients version with limited color accents that (is overworked lol) looks nice digitally but doesn't print well, so now I'm trying out tones... it's hard working with such limitations, but I wanna try it out-!!

Happy #yaoiday!!!! Here's my contribution, I'm working on a fresh new toxic yaoi hatefuck comic with my OCs Carmine and Vinh, so here's the finished lineart!! These two love to hate each other 😆

Lineart piece of OC Carmine grabbing Vinh by the face. Vinh is glaring and baring his teeth, and Carmine has a cruel smirk. Vinh's hands are restrained by shackles above his head. Wow I suck at writing these.

My full-color illustrated novel Antipathy is in it; check it out if you like hurt/no comfort and fight rings and vampire sex slaves and headstrong guys being broken~🥰

Crop of artwork depicting a smaller vampire character with fangs crying as he tries to grip tightly to an ephemeral/ghostly figure with long red hair.

OC Vinh is glaring through tears and a ring gag in his mouth as an erect cock is pulled back, cum dripping down messily from his face. Someone's hand holds him by the hair, and there is a slave collar and chains around his neck.
