20 y/o me was so focused on that engineering degree they'd probably be pissed off I'm not doing anything with it anymore. But impressed I got hot. And finally quit religion. And sought out real help for the depression.

Being stuck at home for surgery recovery is reminding of spending the last of 2019 in a psych unit where I also felt stuck, followed by meds that left me functioning weird and into no going anywhere thanks to COVID.
