Well we are back early from our trip. Hubby's hip was hurting pretty bad so we came home early. He went to the VA hospital last night and they think he has arthritis in his lower back. Other than that we enjoyed our couple of days there. More pics later, right now I need to wash EVERY thing 🤣

Would an alarm on your phone help? I always did fine with Phara's morning and evening pills because they were tied to other habits (morning pills with breakfast, evening pills when I finished dinner), but she had 1 mid-day pill I couldn't remember to save my life. The alarm worked for us
