it genuinely does nothing positive for the people who use it and they don't seem to realize it. especially the chatbots :/

alastair ✧ armin era @asphyxii.bsky.social · 06/10/2025

sometimes i wonder if i should cave and make a pinned post but then i think about how awkward it is to post it knowing people on the tl will see it so i dont

alastair ✧ armin era @asphyxii.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

genshin would rather give a character the ugliest hair ever than just let a character have short hair

If this is a common occurrence and you have extra, you should see about keeping jackets on the car :3 I get cold easily so I try to have blankets in my partner's car

Inktober sets completely unrealistic expectations regarding output. Making a complete inked drawing in one day EVERY day for a month is insane and a recipe for burnout. Don’t tie your worth to something that even professionals believe is unrealistic.

I'll say it again, Art is communication. "Create for yourself" really means "Create art that communicates who you are." And one sided communication feels terrible. Commenting on peoples art/creations can be scary, I get it. But COMMENT. COMMUNICATE. We want to hear it. I want to hear it.
