I have a headcanon that Dottore is anorexic and awfully hates himself and his body. And at the beginning of his relationship with Capitano, he did not let him see his naked body, blindfolding him during sex, because he secretly fears that if Capitano sees his body, he will no longer want him.

Panel 1: Tartaglia complains of knee and stomach pain and vomiting. His speech bubbles overlap one another, to make his speech sound fast, annoying and easy to ignore. Behind his figure is white text piling up, consisting of "bla bla" and "babble".
He says: "Also I got pain in my knee now, am I old? And then my head started hurting so bad i had to throw and for some reason it was kinda purple? With orange bits in it? and kinda bloody, too? That was just last week."

Dottore stands to the right of the panel, turning away from Tartaglia and the reader, while reading a paper and holding a scalpel in his left hand in silence.

Dottore turns his body to fully face Tartaglia's, but his eye is locked with the viewer's, expressing annoyance with his coworker.
