i just made rollup/vite builds 2 times faster ⚡ on the path to plan an idea for the @voidzero.dev team, i just found an optimization hack in rollup that reduced rollup and @vite.dev build times by half on subsequent builds! 12 seconds -> 5 seconds.

a new caching mechanism helped reduce the build time by 50%

hear me out! - no single point of failure - more control - it looks cooler - we do not have name collisions! just like url.com and url.dev can exist at the same time on bsky! - first class org support so npm or any other registry going down won't affect us!

installing vite using a url rather than a npm name.

🎉 @esm.sh x @pkg.pr.new is here y'all! imagine if pkg.pr.new had a cdn to load the preview releases in the browser directly! well, you can just try that with esm.sh!

packages in pkg.pr.new can be easily imported using the /pr route on esm.sh! and this can be done in the browser too.

🎉 cli autocompletions in @shadcn.com's ui library! the mvp kinda looks ugly but it's called tab, which we've been working on it at @bomb.sh! shadcn cli is getting deprecated but i decided to do it anyway 😅 thought it might be cool! would love to hear your thoughts.
