I read this as an admission that the tax cuts got through because they promised reluctant Republicans that they’d make up for the tax cuts to the rich and corporations. They get tax cuts. More $ to pour in to stocks and stock buybacks and crypto. The bottom 90% get hosed.

CNBC has this "it depends on your perspective" take on the Republican tax cut. BUT it looks at it solely through the lens of income tax. Not only are the top 10% going to make out better with lower INCOME TAXES, but they are going to be far less affected by tariff-fueled inflation.
