More art from Mothman Festival! Parker bought this one and I'm low key devastated that it's going to work with him because I would love for Mothman Randy Savage to live in our home.

Flatwoods Monster Museum part 2! I'm so glad I was finally able to sidequest here, it was adorable. Really made me miss doing my cryptid podcast. The museum was such a great mix of history and community.

In today's episode of Adventures in West Virginia.. Baby's First Trip to Piggly Wiggly! 🐽 I wanted to get the Mothman chips but we also found Mothman beer and pickleballs. What more could a cryptid-obsessed they/them ask for?

Still showing off the art I got at Mothman Festival! We picked up this @blenkoglasscompany Braxie from @keepon_creepinon! I'd love to grab the Mothman one too eventually, but this one is just so striking. I have some more exciting Flatwoods Monster content to share with you soon… stay tuned!

Not all side quests are created equal… but if the Roadside America app shows you Pink Elephant, you go to Pink Elephant. 🤷‍♀️🎀🐘💕

This is the limited edition 30th anniversary Tamagotchi Connection I picked up at the Road Trip! 👾💫🪐💕 The classic shell was so beautiful, but I only got back into collecting this year & I don't own any Connections yet, so this was a must-have. So pretty I almost want to leave it in the box.

I never posted my pics from Stellar Con! It was an adorable convention with great artisits, and meeting @maggiethebard was the absolute highlight. Maggie is a huge inspiration to me as a voice actor - and a Muhlenberg alum!! Think I can write this con off as a work trip? 😂

Community organizing! We’re specifically caught up on “booking venues for $0” but not for long! Also: -new video editing software -which liquids go where in car -sewing machine (scary) -and how to make a business selling stuff on apps (currently stuck on shipping but I found a really great video)

it's not embarassing to fail, because trying and failing means you're DOING something!! it's part of learning!! & you won't be good at everything, and certanily not right away. but it's always worth it to attempt and learn something new. dig into whatever you're curious about and give it a try!

130

✨ash zelda VA ✨ @ashzelda.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

do you have time? THAT is a very different question. but everything starts somewhere & you CANNOT be afraid to try. at some point, you didn't know how to do ANYTHING you do. drive a car. use excel. cook. whatever. but you learned! maybe you failed a few times & you can't be afraid of that either.

150

✨ash zelda VA ✨ @ashzelda.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

one thing about me is that i will NEVER let not knowing how to do the Thing stop me. there are so many ways to access recources! you can watch videos, go to the library, read books, talk to people, take a class, & more... if you want to do it you can! you ARE smart enough to learn something new
