Wish I had realized that I could just start with this asteroid base, but it's fine. Spent the weekend working on my first system and I'm continuing that today. This #EliteDangerous station needs lots of materials so let's get to haulin! Stream is live at twitch.tv/ashtro_train

How my brain works is weird. I normally hate hauling in Elite, but with colonization, I'm finding a ton of enjoyment out of it. Likely because at the end, instead of just a paycheck, I get to see a "physical" manifestation of all the work. Now, if only the outpost had the logo on it in game

Back in the bubble, sick of it already, but I have stuff to do here unfortunately. Gonna work on getting this absolute unit of a ship engineered and see how quickly I get sick of flying it. More fun in #EliteDangerous at twitch.tv/ashtro_train

Discovered Bob 68 yesterday! That means we've only got one more to go before I can come back to the bubble and mess with other stuff for a few weeks before heading back out to the black. The hunt for Bob 69 in #EliteDangerous is on at twitch.tv/ashtro_train

Everyone have a good weekend? I made music and hung out with cool peeps on discord. Headed back to the carrier for a safety turn-in (I'm carrying 4.5b in exo scans), then it's off to the other side of the plane to search for the next Bob! Streaming #EliteDangerous at twitch.tv/ashtro_train

Posting this here as a very very very loose "GRMLN ref" I haven't decided on the helmet yet, but the outfit/body are pretty much solid. I'm thinking of just giving her legs the Zaku shape.

When I ordered my new headphones, the site's like "order in the next 3 hours and they'll be delivered tomorrow" Then after ordering "they'll be there Thursday" which was only two days, still not terrible. They've been marked as "on the way" from Dallas since Saturday. I hate FedEx so much

Spending some time learning what I'm doing with music production before I push out another album. Going through a bunch of courses on how to actually use the tools in my DAW so I have a solid foundation to experiment with instead of just slapping things down and twisting knobs blindly

Good news: twitch payout hit and I ordered replacement headphones, estimated delivery says Thursday Bad news: they're shipping via FedEx, so if they have to go through the Dallas SmartPost, that estimate is worthless. Everything I've ordered that stopped there *stayed* there for over 1 1/2 weeks
