It always blows my mind how Mexican and Indian cuisine have a lot of similarities!!🤯🤯🤯 Tajin chilis smell a lot like the kind of chilis my mom uses in South India (We call it “Gundu Milagai” locally and it translates to fat chili because these are short and round in shape).
