Behold my April Hopefuls list! Everything I am hoping to read this month!

Ashley 📚🌱🧁🍵 @ashleysreadingroom.bsky.social · 15/02/2025

I have an arc for Enchantra, a book I'm super stoked about reading but the formatting for the kindle is atrocious. Like 1/3 things is gonna happen. 1) they blessingly update the file 2) I dont read the arc, wait for it to drop at my library 3) hate myself enough to read it in netgalleys new feature

If you want to read a new book coming out but don't want to buy it, a great thing you can do is ask your local library to order it. The more requests they get, the more likely they are to acquire it and then lots of people will get to read it who othewise wouldn't.

Instead of scrolling on tiktok because I get the cheeto prompt on occassion and some shady things are going on. I find myself walking more and reading while I do so. This is great for my goals for myself for the year. Everyday is leg day now.

Okay I dove deeper into this since everyone was crediting DMDave and I needed facts. RY credited Zishan Liu on insta which according to dates is correct. However, I do believe they should have done original art based on the book not how they did it.

SHARE WIDELY. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. With mass deportations starting today across the country, it is vitally important - for both citizens and non-citizens - to know your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Assert it. You have the right to a lawyer. Ask for one. (1/3)

Its that time of month where I spend 48 hours scouring the confines of the internet to curate books to vote on to read the following month. Polls are up for AHGTA & TSG. Julys book is also announced for TIBN! You can find all of these in fable 🩵 #books #bookclub

I didnt save it but it was still up yesterday. One of the mods probably ex mod now shared screenshots from the discord moderator channel of things mods (MEN) were saying. I know a few females shared some things i just cant easily find it because of how much people talk about the app now.

Lemon8 and tiktok are up but as of last i checked capcut, games published under nuverse are still banned. Which leads me to believe the government wants both social media platforms and thats their interest.
