So at this point ICE agents in Minnesota are posing as stranded motorists in need of help from a Good Samaritan. Observers in Maple Grove spotted this ICE agent wearing an expensive jacket and hanging next to a car with its hood up. A man who stopped to see if she needed help was detained.
