An interpretation of the Arthurian legend of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, in which the knight is seduced by both Lord and Lady Bertilak. Here we see the knight in between the couple, head tilted back, eyes closed, as Lord Bertilak wraps a large hand around his neck and presses in close from behind. Lady Bertilak is pulling off his green belt with one hand, and reaching below to undo the lacing on his pants with another. The knight’s visible hand squeezes Lady Bertilak’s thigh tightly.

I haven't been liveposting, but I did see the S3 finale last night and it actually was very good! Considering I was rly annoyed by the end of E7, I wasn't sure if it would be. But I did enjoy it quite a bit. Also, big fan of Rhaenyra's eye makeup. The look of bruises, as though she hasn't slept.

The still version, where the smoke and wing disintegration fragments are a little more painterly. I had wanted to animate the smoke like this, too, but couldn't figure it out at the time!

I saw some insane comment over on IG (I know.... I know...) that was insinuating a poster's work was AI because "real artist's layers aren't that messy" or something and I couldn't help but cackle because here is just a *slice* of the mess going on in my current commission.

A screenshot from photoshop of the disaster that is my layers pane. Almost nothing is labeled. The few labels that exist are called "things like "fern foreground bullshit". I have so far created 600+ layers.

The "nearsighted effect" is, to me, most pronounced in his landscapes and the scenery featured in his figurative work. Like this one straight up looks like what I might see if I take my glasses off. Still sharper, because my vision is *so bad*, but just.... Idk. It just makes me wonder.
