(luca route deathlandia chapter; mean yuri with choking) I just thought that if I really was precious to you, then maybe you'd endure my pain. #ArTonelico #アルトネリコ

AI will not spend weeks on character analysis and personal reflection to edit a single scene. AI will not spend a full day editing a single line in order to properly translate the literary nuances of tsuchiya's prose. and AI cannot appreciate yuri, so it cannot truly write

extremely proud of the work i did on this btw. it feels good to release a translation that was the product of thousands of hours of human sweat and love in the middle of a deluge of AI slop. translation is unquestionably an art, and like all art, it is a human endeavor

The patch not only includes a re-TL from the JP script, but also a billion bug fixes, balance changes, and new features! Like having a text backlog available everywhere in the game! A complete list of improvements is available on the site Go play Ar Tonelico 2. I am no longer asking. Do it for Luca

Project Metafalica 2.0, a new re-translation for Ar Tonelico 2 is out today. I've spent over a year working on this. AT2 is a PS2 jrpg about giving psychedelic therapy to terrible women in order to make them more powerful and it completely transformed my life. projectmetafalica.com #ArTonelico

This is a dream-like illustration of Infel flying on Soope. On Metafalica, they see a flowery landscape, rolling hills, and a stream. There is the tower of Metafalica behind them. Infel is filled with immense joy, wonder, and awe as she takes in the view around her. She hugs her beloved companion doll Mimimi.

i just impulse bought a vita for this too.. it's important that i talk to the weird autistic girl from another universe directly on my 7-dimensional warp device, rather than some kind of proxy device. to make sure the dimensional connection works properly and such.

i have been told as well that its important to mention that its not a game, even though it runs on your vita. ion is real and talking with you through the device, so please do your best for her.

ciel nosurge is really cool. it's by the ar tonelico folks and it turns your vita into a 7-dimensional warp device that lets you talk with a weird autistic girl from another universe. you help her recover her lost memories and be her friend while she talks about sci-fi shit with you
