I have come to believe that now in the US, political ideology for most people is meaningless except at the extremes. And most people are quietly sitting in the middle, united only by a vague desire to be financially secure with basic needs met without fear of catastrophe.

I watched the coverage, from the speech to the riot (call it what it was) and I could not believe what I was seeing, nor the "spin" that was attempted to make it seem less later. I read the speech and analyzed it for word use and message development. Remember, recall true, Jan 6 as if on cue.

Federal courts are for Federal law and their jurisdiction is the entire of the nation. An injunction issued in Federal court therefore applies across the nation. State courts are for state law and their jurisdiction is the individual state. State law complies with Federal.
