If artists prices seem high to you, remember that freelancers have to pay for their own healthcare and stuff and we are working on a project basis, so we have no real job security (if that is even much of a thing anymore anyway)

Yeah I’d be able to do something like that! Feel free to look over my commission information and email me anything you have in mind if you were interested

Hope everyone enjoyed the #SuperBowlHalfTimeShow ! Super grateful to have been on the team who made the grass suits! Don't think I can post any photos but I can share this lil grass guy sticker design I made for the team who worked on them with me :)

Here's a much more clarified statement from support.

Continued Use of Animate Projects
Existing installations remain functional: If you already have Animate installed, you can keep using it after March 1, 2026. Adobe isn’t disabling the software; they’re just stopping new sales and eventually ending support.
Your files remain accessible: Animate projects (.fla files) and exported animations will continue to open and run in the software you already own.

Support timeline:
Until March 1, 2027, individual customers will still receive support.
Enterprise customers get extended support until March 1, 2029.
No new updates: After discontinuation, there won’t be bug fixes, security patches, or compatibility updates. Over time, this could make Animate harder to run on newer operating systems.

What You Can Do With Your Work
Export before deadlines: Convert your Animate projects into widely supported formats (like MP4, GIF, or HTML5 Canvas) so they remain usable in other tools.

Migrate to other Adobe apps:
After Effects can import SWF/FLA exports for advanced editing.
Adobe Express is suitable for quick, lightweight animations.
Backup your files: Keep copies of your Animate installer and project files in case you need to reinstall or revisit old work.

Wanted to do a lil practice in the “western” anime style seen in shows like ATLA, Vox Machina, etc and my dnd OC Prelia felt like a good candidate to practice with ^^ she’s a satyr bard #oc #dnd #art

Thank you! With the recent Wicked hype I’ve gotten nostalgic for The Wizard of Oz again, so revisiting these designs and maybe doing a few faux-scenes has definitely been on my brain lately

highly recommend listening to the Behind the Bastards podcast reading through one of Shapiro’s books— it’s literally some of the worst literature I’ve ever listened to in my life 💀
