Thank you to Asheville planning and zoning commission & city staff too. Last night, the commission not only approved eliminating single-family-only zoning, but also sent a strong message for Asheville to explore reforming its minimum lot sizes.

The NC Senate voted in favor of eliminating costly parking minimums throughout most of the state. We’re now one step closer to abolishing these mandates that induce sprawl and making housing more scarce and more expensive.
