Fun little exercise of twink death and DILF birth of Desmond throughout the ages (can you tell around what age he got PTSD...) #art #artist #oc #fantasy #mage #larp #dndart

Three faces showing a graduation of old to young. Desmonds hair gets greyer, both in age and because of magic seeping through it. He becomes more jaded and grows out his beard. His left eye slowly gets more white.

The gauntlet has etched lines of leystone embedded into the armor similar to sacred geometry to allow an easier and more powerful flow of magic through the stone to the hand for casting.

The rank flags indicate both his magic rank on the cape (5th mark air mage) and rank within the front lines (this should be different but we haven't designed any military styled solider ranks ribbons yet)

Small thread of little details: ⏬️ The helmet was inspired by Armstreets "Knight of Fortune" helmet. I used the design of Stronghold Temerate's sigil for the face plate. Sigil designed by @unseeliecourt.bsky.social #characterdesign #armor #fantasy
