I am quite fond of character design.. Here is an NPC for my DnD game, Aisha, and a wip of one of the player characters! Also... expect some news about a big project soon. This may be related >:3 #art #furryart #furry #DnD #OC

I know this is an art page for the most part, but as my full nickname (anashendandelion) may suggest, I am a big fan of the funny flowers. So I'm trying to grow some on a whim :) Images (in order) are from a wek ago, the day before yesterday, yesterday, and this morning! #plants #hobby

Didn't get a lot done, because turns out drawing for 6-10 hours daily for a week makes you VERY TIRED OF DRAWING. Got the sketch started at least :') Might keep this thread going. Little time for personal projects means lots of incremental updates! #art #furryart #DnD #OC #wip #sketch #artprocess

Faintly visible in the background are the references of the two characters (Dust, a big huge ginormous moth, and Zixiz, a thri-kreen) adjusted for heights. In the foreground are the very beginnigs of a sketch depicting the two of them walking alongside each other. Haven't figured out how to pose the arms yet. That's always the most difficult part for me. And these two have eight arms between them... At least I know I wanna make Dust adjust their hat because they're nervous.

We're going to a masquerade next session, which means I get to play around with giving designing fancy shmancy clothes a go. That's always fun :3 #art #furryart #DnD #OC #sketch

An experimental illustration I did for uni, a bit more painterly than my usual style (I'm trying to diversify). Fun fact: Rain World is my all time favorite game ever, I'm very normal about it (which is why I have to tell people that I am) #art #furryart #rainworld #rainworldfanart #illustration

An illustration of the watcher swimming down into the void, and a void worm reaching out to them from the darkness. I know this sort of interaction is not canon, so consider this a "what if" scenario.

making pins for my course is turning out to be about as fun as it is stressful I now need to finish the parts before assembly, figure out packaging, all that good stuff. Still, I'm pretty proud of how they're turning out. If you go to the same uni as me, I better see u at winter fair >:3

A quick design for a oneshot character I'm playing this Sunday! This little guy is gonna do well, I'm sure. #art #furryart #DnD #OC #monster #creature_design

A digital drawing of an undead creature made up of parts rat, parts bird. Most of the body structure is that of a rat, but it has tiny deformed wing-like appendages on its back, and the skin on its face stops a bit early, exposing a bone beak. Its right ear is torn, some skin on its tail is missing, showing bone there as well, and its front paws is visibly sewn on. The creature's fur is purple-tinted grey and black, and the only eye visible from the angle it's portrayed from is a deep pink.

Was quiet this entire week cause I was working on THIS BEAUTIFUL WONDERFUL MAN!! Meet Oen, a Cleric looking to light the way forward for all around him, a warm and fluffy fellow :3 #art #furryart #DnD #OC

A reference sheet of an anthropomorphic arctic fox. There are two fullbody drawings: a little less fluffy and with darker colors on the left, being the summer coat, and a fluffier and very light-colored one on the right, being the winter coat. In the left drawing the character is wearing dark and desaturated burgundy boots and shirt with the symbol of a sun on the chest, an orange skirt and shoal, red pants and hood, and a brown belt and shoulder bag. The hood, shoal and skirt have yellow tassels lining the edges. The right drawing is mostly the same, but the character also has a warm cloak over his shoulders, colored like the shirt, and is holding up a lit metal lantern. The right side of the reference has the name "Oen" written in medieval-styled lettering.

The same reference as the first image, but with all clothes and additional items removed to show the fox's coat coloration and patterns.

A mixed media drawing of an anthro deer on a bright red background looking straight on at the camera. A rosary is hanging between his horns.

An ink on paper version of the previous image, the only reds are in the rosary, the deer's eyes, and decorative ink splotches in the background.

Aaaand Velvet got his first art piece! A quick sketchy thing of him wrangling ants on his native modded mc server :3 #art #furryart #OC #moth

A drawing of Velvet, a little moth person dressed up in a jacket and bowtie, planting a dead bush. Two ants at least three times Velvet's size are on either side of him. One is on the right, tugging on a branch and trying to yank it out of the ground. The other is on the left, trying to get to the bush but being pushed away by Velvet. Minimalistic grass surrounds the scene.

Dust got a mount recently, so who would I be if I didn't make a quick reference for her! "Prey-rider + natural predator-pet" is the best dynamic, ngl. P.S: Mechanically she's a female steeder, but the DM let me deviate from the original design quite a bit :3 #art #furryart #DnD #OC #monster

A concept art of a giant spider. It's dark brown, with galaxy inspired glowing yellow patterns on its back. There's some bags attached to it, and a moth humanoid riding in a saddle on its back.

The same concept art as in image 1, but the glow of the patterns is a bit stronger.

I had a lot of fun trying to figure out character designs! I'll have to work on the environment next. Kind of dreading it, but it is what it is. #DnD #OC #werebear #art #furryart #character_design #sketch

Rough design for a character called Vahny with notes on the process. They're a werebear, with both a human and bear form being depicted. They have shorter ruffled hair, and a prominent scar going over the bridge of their nose. They are wearing a long shirt tied with a long, wide belt, a loose and rugged poncho-like wrap over their shoulders, and leg wraps instead of shoes.

Rough design for a character called Allie with notes on the process. She's a very young werebear, both of her forms are depicted. She has longer wavy hair and is wearing a simple dress with a second, slightly thicker and warmer skirt over it, a warm cape and leg wraps instead of shoes. There's some proportional issues due to my inexperience with drawing children that have been corrected in later sketches.

Rough design for a character called Cade with notes on the process. Includes just one sketch of the overall design and a messy idea of what the face might look like. He has a beard, side burns, and long hair tied up in a ponytail. His outfit is more complicated than the other two, with a lot of belts to secure weapons on. He is wearing pants, a shorter shirt, a cape, tall boots, and a hat inspired by drawings of medieval hunters/archers. he's holding a crossbow in his right hand.

Lecture notes and a couple revised sketches of Allie's face, both as a human and as a bear. Here she looks less like a scaled down adult and more like an actual child.
