I am very worried right now. The IODA thankfully still doesn't have any cosponsors www.congress.gov/bill/119th-c... so it doesn't seem to have any chance of passing. Regardless the things the Republicans are doing are nothing short of terrifying and they need to be stopped at all costs.

As a fellow user of this mouse. I feel your pain and I'm also seeing what's out there in case mine dies. I'm going to miss that ring finger button though. Some of the mice I'm seeing have an programmable button, it seems. Just not on the ring finger.

My whole life, advocating war has been fed to me as “the adult position,” akin to drinking your coffee black or reading the business section of the newspaper. Let’s be very clear — war is the childish nonsense of impulsive destructive idiots playing baby-brained video games with real human lives.

I've always wanted a faithful adaption of Frankenstein! The book is so much different then previous movies made, so this movie is very exciting as a fan of the book.

Like there's this crazy trend to blame specific people, that they don't even have evidence for said blamed person's involvement. I think the whole world is just going crazy now because I'm seeing it happen in real life. It's just awful.

Emporium Ashe @ashelore.bsky.social · 15/07/2025

The personal attacks and playing the blame game that people give in their criticisms really bother me. There's some things I certainly disagree with on the direction of the game, but personal attacks? Really? Can't we just list the things we like and dislike and leave it at that?

The transphobia in the world these days is completely bonkers. ☹️ You have incredible voice acting skills and if I ever can make a game with the money to hire voice acting, I'd hire you in a heartbeat. It sucks the industry is like that. They don't know what they're missing.

Also as someone who's also been working on a similar project, albeit in screenshots, she's covered a bunch of stuff that I've missed, which has been really helpful when I've done research.

@meowlo.bsky.social has created one of the best archives for FFXIV quests out there. A huge boon to the lore community as well as anyone who wants to get caught up with things they might have missed. 100% recommend.

Hi! I'm Meowlo and I am working on a ridiculous project where I record every single quest in Final Fantasy XIV with as many different dialogue options and branches as I can! You can find me at youtube.com/@meowlos-ffxiv-archive where I already have over 3.5k quests uploaded ♥

Yup! Although I have a jpeg backup that I use for research since the files are smaller and load quicker (300gb). I started doing this when I created a second character and realized I didn't remember as much of the MSQ as I thought. It's been nice to be able to review things when new patches drop!

It also contains a bunch of stuff from ARR as well, though I'm still filling that in using NG+ Since I started this project doing heavensward. I've also been collecting other tidbits of information from the lore books and other sources, and done a lot of research on my own.
