I'd be surprised if this wasn't anticipated by the campaign, the ultimate reason why the DNC went hard against Palestine likely comes down to money. Without even considering AIPAC, The average big donor, is older, islamophobic, views Israel as Jewish liberation rather than a colonial project, etc.
