Difficult week, not in the headspace to do any photography. Taking a pause, but there’s always still maintenance to do. Processing the loss of a family member I went to a safe space for me, working on a car. Refreshed the PCV system on the C30 & vapor blasted the oil filter housing #carsky

The oil filter and PCV catchcan/ valve housing before taking anything apart or cleaning it. The PCV or “Positive Crankshaft Ventilation “ system allows the excess air pressure built up below the pistons to safely exit the engine without blowing all the oil with it and filtering out as much of the oil mist as possible to reduce smog causing emissions

This one was just for me. Wanted a photo of this building, not for its architecture but because it was the former office of Tom Peters (Midwestern Bernie Madoff) who ran a Ponzi scheme there and the image of it on the news has been in my brain for almost 20 years, so I captured it on film
