2 colts circle in Utah dust, beneath sun-warmed coats. One rears, hooves slicing air, as the other dances sideways while the herd grazes calmly, enjoying these young ones practicing their games. #BookSky #AuthorsofBluesky #WritingCommunity #EcoFiction #WildlifeConservation #horsebooks #AnimalPOV

Muzzle buried in wet grass, a chestnut mare grazes while Icelands mountains loom behind her. Each mouthful tastes of rain & stone as her breath steams in the cool air, happily in this quiet field. #BookSky #AuthorsofBluesky #WritingCommunity #EcoFiction #WildlifeConservation #horsebooks #AnimalPOV

As the clouds press low, the herd grazes in scattered knots, manes heavy with drizzle, coats dulled by the weight of a Monday sky. Grass is damp, the air thick, and there is no urgency in sight. #BookSky #AuthorsofBluesky #WritingCommunity #EcoFiction #WildlifeConservation #horsebooks #AnimalPOV

Wind off the cliff lifts wild manes. Hooves press the moss at the cliff's edge as the river glints far below. The duo clusters, holding the old north silent and sure, wild as the stone and sky. #BookSky #AuthorsofBluesky #WritingCommunity #EcoFiction #WildlifeConservation #horsebooks #AnimalPOV
