Last year I spoke about Bengali ghost stories at a seminar hosted by Romancing the Gothic. These entities carry folklore, trauma, humour, critique, protest, longing, love, and resistance, and it'll take interdisciplinary research to do it justice. Recording available here: youtu.be/bgmV4Sz1AC8?...

Very proud of this one. The project is about a neighbourhood very close to my heart - where I grew up and am lucky to call home. These stories are the closest attempt at capturing the sense of (un)belonging that most residents, including me, have felt all our lives.
