iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

You know it will only happen when you're not looking, man.

I feel like asking Sega when's the next Sonic game is like when my professors would ask how my projects are coming and I just nod while I panic on the inside.

I think I want prices for computer parts and other tech to be more approachable instead.

So rent just got paid and an automatic payment for car insurance is going to leave me with less than $50 for the next two weeks. Haven't even got groceries yet. I'm so sorry for begging at this point, but it's getting rough. ko-fi.com/theoddhustle

unfortunately I've always had a bit of a pack rat mentality when it comes up my art files, so sometimes stuff just gets buried like a load-bearing Goku in an ArcSys game

I feel like they could hand XG over to Gemdrops to make something like they did with Star Ocean 2: keep all the legacy sprites and voicework and rebuild the 3D environments to keep the same feeling. Or just remaster the original and if people complain about it feeling or looking too old, oh well.

Every time I replay P5R, third semester always gets me. Some of my favorite storytelling in the whole game. It gets more unsettling for me on repeats given the nature of the reality

I don't really care one way or the other but I just find the string of marketing buzzwords to be some of the funniest corpo speak I've ever seen associated with this franchise

I'm honestly not even sure if it's a Nintendo thing, a Sega thing or even just a Sakurai thing. I could almost believe any of them, especially with how Sega has always been kind of a weird company and randomly reveal they don't own something in the series. Either way makes Sonic feel really sterile.

Finished rewatching Samurai Champloo. Been so many years, but it's something I have a lot of nostalgia and affection for. My anime taste probably comes across as "so you grew up on Toonami and Adult Swim" but I don't really care lol www.youtube.com/watch?v=crOy...

Yeah. I kinda wish Ultimate could've gotten a new stage choice since they got a few new songs, but I assume the priority just wasn't there (coin toss on if it would've been Studiopoilis or Sunset City or whatever). Is what it is.
