Before Renee Good, and Alex Pretti there was Ruben Ray Martinez. Ruben, 23 was an American citizen, and on March 15, 2025, a federal agent fired multiple rounds through the driver's side window of his car on South Padre Island, Texas, and killed him. DHS covered it up.
