@ryanarey.bsky.social Hours after watching your video on why there should be an Eternals sequel, I found these in my local CVS. I kind of liked the Eternals. It's not the worst MCU movie. Is it long and tedious? Yes. But some of the characters were really good. I would love to see a sequel.

Consistent training - at any age - pays off. 5 years ago, at 46, I ran the first race of my life - the Manasquan Turkey Trot. I averaged around 10 minute miles. Today, at 51, I finished that same race with a 7:25 pace - cutting 12 minutes off my 2019 time. I ran the last mile in 7:04.

I did not get picked in the lottery for the 2025 United NYC Half Marathon. I have run it every year since 2021. I love this race, but I do have the Asbury Park Half in early April and then the London Marathon.

We really need this rain at the Jersey Shore. That said, it was a miserable 6-mile run. But you never know what you might encounter on race day. You need to be ready for anything and everything.
