Constructing Legends Episode 7A - What Could Have Been (Part 1) is now live on YouTube! In this month's video, I break down what the original cut of seasons 7-8 were intended to look like by going through the biggest signs of editing in chronological order. www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTz_...

Constructing Legends Episode 6: The Blue Herring is now live on YouTube! In this month's video, I talk about what the series portrays regarding the intended direction of Lance's character growth, and how the executive meddling of the final season removes the payoff to that arc. youtu.be/QzV4ScEA-iI

Another great analysis by Howler. A highly recommended watch. Pls pay attention to details and read all the screenshots. They are essential to the analysis. Hard proof of what the writers aimed to create, but were stifled by WEP’s executive meddling.

Kosmo, the very good boi. One of my first attempts to do some painting in Krita. Resulted in me getting a new computer when my old one bogged down with all the little hair strokes. #kosmo #vld #voltron #spacewolf #fanart

Kosmo, Keith's cosmic wolf from Voltron: Legendary Defender, on the prowl. Though wolf-like in body structure, Kosmo's hair is dark blue gray with a pale blue mane, white face mask and with stripes of glowing cyan.

❤️🤍💙

An illustration of a young girl in silhouette with a ponytail, standing against a fiery orange and red background. Over her figure is a handwritten quote in white text that reads: “The wicked become even worse when they are tolerated.” – Tolstoy. The intense backdrop and the child's silhouette create a haunting, powerful visual emphasizing the quote's message about the dangers of complacency toward evil.

Those who can, do. Those who can't...copy. LOL. Studying Studio Mir's work by copy/sketching a scene from VLD S1E1. Drawing the computer and other "things" was harder than drawing the people. Definitely something I need to work on. #pidge #lance #plance #fanart #vld

A sketch based (copied) on a scene from Voltron Legendary Defender, Season one. Lance startles Pidge who has snuck out to the Garrison's rooftop. Pidge, seated on the roof, her computer gear arrayed before her, looks up at Lance.

Meanwhile...playing with CSP. I paid for it; should use it. I still prefer Krita's workflow and brushes. But holy crow, CSP loves my tablet. Brushes and blending are buttery smooth. Maybe a hybrid process? Sketch w/Krita; paint with CSP? #clipstudiopaint #lance #pidge #plance #fanart

Pidge and Lance from Voltron Legendary Defender. Lance, dressed in a purple hoody, blue jeans and a fuchsia t-shirt leans on Pidge, his arm over her shoulders. Wedding ring on his finger. Pidge is wearing a white t-shirt with a rainbow on the front, dark grey pants and a light green sweater.

The first season of “Severance” was a chilly riot, too cool to offer viewers catharsis; the second digs into more human questions, @sophiegilbert.bsky.social writes. It’s still one of the most well-crafted shows on television:

What Are the Puzzles of 'Severance' About?

In Season 2, the show’s abstract and surreal elements make more sense.
