iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

It sure is, haha. I rolled it back and it's fine, but it's clear I need to figure out an off-ramp away from a corpo that forces products into obsolescence after only a few years

Well THIS sure makes my morning 💢 I'm not about to let it stop me, but WOW, I am so done with Wacom's shit

A Twitch streaming block of artists!

The Critters streams aren't just for fun — these folks are going to help keep me on the productivity track, and vice versa, so that we can all get our task backlogs taken care of. But we'll also have fun doing it. 🙂 Hope to see you there. critters.tv

There are also a few works (some SFW, some NSFW) that won't be streamed at all, because with ones that involve complex, intricate details, I prefer to focus entirely on that and not manage an audience. Regardless, the goal is to clear the outstanding queue items in a reasonable amount of time.

In the coming weeks I will be joining the @critters.tv team for group work-along art streams. Will I be streaming commissions work with them? Yes, for the SFW ones. The NSFW ones will be on separate (probably solo) streams over on my Piczel: piczel.tv/watch/jonas

General update! Today I'm working on the queue. Tomorrow I will open for a limited number of wing-its, with a themed discount. This month's theme is COZY. With discount, it's $100 for a single OC, $200 for a pair of OCs. Examples here: bsky.app/profile/arto...

In the past I've seen folks at cons using sleeveless fishing vests to sport a lot of badges all at once. (Granted, it's a solution, not necessarily the most ideal one...)

Thank you very much. Hearing that from folks who are much more experienced and skilled at it than me is definitely encouraging

Have a quick Miffix Life Update and a small favor to ask while I'm still in recovery: If y'all could pass the donation jar to others, it'd mean the world to me babs. Much love to y'all, and be kind to yourself. It's the best way to be kind to others! ko-fi.com/post/Miffix-...

By accident I stumbled across something that looks really cool. There is this French bande dessinée series called "Au Chant Des Grenouilles" ("The Song of the Frogs"), which is apparently about a bunch of kid critters who form a weekend club and have adventures

Wow, I'm impressed that you found it, great job. x)

There's this one '80s nutrition PSA I remember clearly that I wish I could find online. It had a cartoon space battle between the "red snax" (junk food) and the "golden snax" (healthy snacks like raisins or whatever) Do any of my fellow crusty old gen-Xers remember this one? X)
