I'm not just a Sonic artist, in fact I'm multifandom, I just focused on a single project due to personal circumstances and at the same time concentrating on finally finishing a project. My Undertale AU project, which I called "Eclipse," is on indefinite hiatus (+)

This happens when Mark appears with Rose and she finds out he's still alive.

Wymond never appears in his hedgehog form around the girls Mark is looking after. It's primarily for their protection. He has a good relationship with little girls, although he keeps her distance, especially from Suky, she is very curious.

The only compliments Mark accepts are from his daughters. He feels good, but he doesn't know how to react. Mark's friendship with Rose is similar to the friendship between Bulma and Goku.

A creature of the void staring intently at someone it considers an "interesting" subject (Genocide X). A rusty cyborg incapable of feeling fear, not understanding why that entity is staring at him so intently (Mecha Sonic MK2) Time to say some interesting things about these two (+)

The brothers ✨ On February 14th I had to work and it was tough, but at least I uploaded the English translation of chapter 8 of the novel about these two. Here's a simple drawing of these two that I felt like making.

The ways of showing affection are so different

Mark doesn't usually accept hugs, but he's making an exception... maybe he's changed.

Something I've been working on since almost the end of January. My Mecha Sonic novel will have 8-10 chapters where situations are narrated from his own perspective. 1) The events of Scrapnick Island 2) How he met Genocide 3) His perspective on what it means to be a cyborg.

🥀Kotaro Skechers @artkotaro08.bsky.social · 14/02/2026

I was already aware that Mecha Sonic is not such a well-known character; even I myself was unaware of the character until I read Scrapnick Island. I originally intended to do a solo comic about him, but due to personal complications, this was put on hiatus (+)

two poses of scrapnik mecha leaping and holding crab claw gun out

sketches of scrapnik mecha holding cape over shoulder, standing, and a chibi one waving

I'm really enjoying my job, sorry if I haven't uploaded anything lately, I want to do things right in this job. Although I have been working on the lore of chapters 7-8 of the Dark Fall novel, along with chapter 6 of the Jackal novel (Fragmenteds).

Genocide used to be a hollow person, lacking many emotions. Meeting Mecha was the strangest thing he'd ever seen... someone incapable of feeling fear... he'd never seen anything like it.

Did I already mention that my Mecha Sonic has an exe friend?...No? Well, now you know, his name is Genocide X. I plan to do more drawings of these two.

I prefer to keep the orientation of most of my characters ambiguous. But I finally decided to confirm that of these two brothers. The funniest thing is that they themselves are not aware of it LMAO

Greysexual: Sexual orientation within the asexual spectrum that defines those who feel sexual attraction infrequently, with low intensity, or only under specific circumstances

Demisexual: Sexual orientation within the asexual spectrum, characterized by feeling sexual attraction exclusively towards people with whom an emotional, affective or intellectual bond has been prior

🥀Kotaro Skechers @artkotaro08.bsky.social · 31/01/2026

I actually have quite a few drawings I haven't shown yet, for good reasons. 1) They're concept art for certain stories. 2) They include characters and designs I haven't shown yet. I don't want to rush things and show things that would take me forever to explain. This drawing is one of them

Although I quite enjoy action, science fiction, and fantasy, I also have a taste for romance. I like them cheesy or bittersweet. I don't like tragic romances as much, since those definitely make me cry.

Context: This Metamy story is from a side story where Metal is the owner/leader of the Eggpire. The reason Kinzuko (Metal) wants Amy away is because he knows they'll never have anything together. If they do, it won't work because it will be forced.

I was thinking of commenting on this yesterday, January 13th, which is World Depression Day, to say that Wymond is someone with depression. It doesn't stop there; there's something else I want to share here below.

I came up with another silly animatic.

010

🥀Kotaro Skechers @artkotaro08.bsky.social · 13/01/2026

I really needed to do something that better showcased its dynamic; it's so silly and yet profound. They're not completely friends, but they don't get along too badly either; they're simply learning to understand each other.

There are two good reasons why I represent myself as a penguin 1) It's easy to draw, especially if it's an 80s cartoon. 2) Because of the affectionate nickname my mom gave me, to this day she still calls me "Penguin".

Wymond in robot 🗣️⭐ - It's not canon, but I've wanted to do a hypothetical design of Wymond (Neo) with his robotic model for a while. Why? Curiosity

I want to give myself a slap on the wrist for the large number of spelling mistakes in my English novels. Running several things at once made me realize I gave incorrect information. Sometimes I've had to use a translator, but after a while I realized there are things the translator doesn't do well.
