Been reading the original Static run from 1993 and it’s such an awesome comic series. Would recommend. I tried to mix the original 90’s design with the 2022 design. I hope you enjoy and stay safe. Bye! #static #staticshock #thatartistwilldolan

2D digital illustration of the DC / Milestone superhero Static. Static is wearing his classic comic suit underneath a yellow trenchcoat, he’s also wearing a yellow and black baseball hat and sneakers. He has a confident expression and his holding his hands above his head, causing blue lightning to spark up to the top of the piece. Behind him in bold letters is the word “STATIC” with a TV-like glow coming from it. The background is an orange to yellow gradient that has a halftone dot texture.

2D digital illustration. Ike, a huge, absurdly muscular man with long black hair, black trousers, shoes and no shirt landing on the ground in a superhero-like pose but with his arms stretched up. His forearms are covered in blood and the splatters continue to fly off his arms from the momentum. The background is somewhat abstract, with Ike landing on a pure black piece of ground that cracks like concrete, sending debris flying and a white glow to emphasise the impact. Further behind him is a yellow rushing background.

I’ve had this one in the works for a while, so I’m late to the ”my favourite character aura farming and kicking Thragg’s ass trend” but I hope you enjoy and stay safe. Bye! #ben10 #invincible #comic #thatartistwilldolan

2D digitally illustrated comic. Ben 10: Rift. Enter The Viltrumites. Art and script by Will Dolan. Page 1. Panel 1. Establishing shot showing Ben from behind looking up at a group of Viltrumites and Thragg floating above him. Thragg’s cape is bellowing in the wind. There is a large plume of smoke and piles of rubble surrounding the characters and there a city skyline far in the background. It is very gloomy. Panel 2. Close up of Thragg with an angry expression. He says “your planet is under control of the Viltrum Empire. Stand down and you will be spared”. Panel 3. Ben looking up with a cocky smile. He says “yeah right, doofus”. Panel 4. The omnitrix pops up, displaying Swampfire and sounding “b-beep!” Panel 5. Ben slams on the omnitrix. Panel 6 in a flash of green light, Ben starts transforming with a “Ka-Flash!”

Page 2. Panel 1. Ben has turned into Swampfire. He still has a cocky expression and says “I’ve saved Earth from scarier guys than you… but I’ll admit… you by far have the ugliest moustache—“. Panel 2. Swampfire is interrupted as Thragg impales Swampfire through the chest, sending pieces of green liquid and viscera flying. Swampire’s face is on of shock. Panel 3. Extreme close up on Thagg’s face. He is extremely angry and simply says “I’m not impressed.” Panel 4 Thragg pulls his hand through to Swamfire’s shoulder, cutting him open and sending more of his insides flying.

Page 3. Panel 1. Thragg walks away wordlessly. Panel 2. Swampfire, still seemingly in pain and shock struggles to speak “y..you…” Panel 3. Swampfire’s face snaps to a confident smirk as he says “… are such a doofus!” Panel 4. Extreme close up on Thragg’s eyes with an intense look of shock. Panel 5. Extreme close up of the Omnitrix on Swampfire’s belt as a yellow scanning beam. Panel 6. Thragg looks back in confusion as the yellow scanning beam beam runs down him. Panel 7. Extreme close up of the Omnitrix on Swampfire’s belt. It glows green, sounding a “beep!” And in a digital voice says “new DNA sample acquired!” Panel 8. Swampfire slaps the omnitrix in a flash of green light.

Page 4. Panel 1. As the green light fades, Ben has transformed into a Viltrumite form. He has brown messy hair and a moustache, a green, white and black uniform and a long flowing green cape and the omnitrix on his chest. Panel 2. Thragg looks at Viltrumite-Ben with a look of concern. He stutters, saying “w-what is the meaning of this?!” Panel 3. Viltrumite-Ben looks down at his clenched fist in a low angle shot. Panel 4. Viltrumite-Ben raises his fist with a cocky expression and says “well… I don’t mean to brag, Thragg, but…” Panel 5. Viltrumite-Ben flies at high speed, punching Thragg across the face, sending blood and broken bits of teeth flying. A big, bold “pow” sounds out. Viltrumite-Ben, still looking cocky continues his sentence, saying “… I just became the strongest member of your species!” End of comic.

This was an idea I had for last year’s Art Fight, but I never got around to doing. I love getting coming back around to drawing Comet every year or so @ghostigummi.bsky.social has been my favourite artist since I joined newgrounds back in 2018. I hope you enjoy and stay safe!

2D digital illustration made to look like a comic book cover. Comet, a young female superhero with brown skin and dark brown messy hair. Her suit is red, yellow and black. She has a red hood, fingerless gloves and sneakers, a yellow star on her chest and torn up leggings. She is flying past a rushing background with pink energy behind her and a big, intense smile on her face. The piece makes it look as though she is tearing through a comic page with her speed. The panels surrounding her depict Comet and her world in a variety of scenarios such as city skylines, Comet in her civilian clothes, Comet looking beaten and bloody from a fight and Comet with the trans pride flag tied to her like a cape.

The same illustration as before, but the surrounding panels have a low opacity white layer above them, making them look slightly faded and bringing more attention to the central image of Comet.

Art Fight 2026 - Art Dump 1. Violet Navarro by usernameeater 2. Poppy by Chloe_snowden_art 3. Darkweb and Black Cat by Xcaliburstory 4. Gadget and Colossa by Xandercarmen_art

2D digital illustration. Violet Navarro is standing in a decrepit corridor with exposed pipes. She has her back pressed against the wall and is holding her shotgun close looking tense. Around the corner we can see the shadows cast of Ganados (from Resident Evil 4). The whole scene has dark red atmosphere.

2D digital illustration. Poppy, a young woman with messy brown hair tied back to be half up and half down. She is wearing a white puffy top and a light blue dress on top, along with pink shoes. She is smiling and winking at the viewer and holding up a peace sign. She is framed in a white square with a light blue to purple gradient behind her

2D digital illustration. Fan made Spider-Man characters. Darkweb and Black Cat. Darkweb has pale skin and white hair covering their eyes. She wears a mostly black suit with green weblines and a white centre on the torso and black and white sneakers. Black Cat has pale skin and white spiky hair. Her outfit is mostly black with white fur trim along the ends and limbs. She has a belt with a gold hoop on the end that mimics a tail trailing behind her.

2D digital illustration. Gadget, a superhero with a tech suit is fighting Colossa, a supervillain with the ability to grow into a giant. Gadget is a young man with a slim red and black suit that leaves his black spiky hair exposed. He is flying above Colossa with jet fire coming from his feet. Colossa is seen from the shoulders up, looking up at Gadget with an angry expression on her face. The background is a bright blue sky with a few clouds dotted around.

35 Days Of Sonic - Day 35 - Forever Fast. Ending the 35 Days of Sonic! This was a lot of fun, but I’m proud of myself for doing it. I’d like to go back and redo or touch up some of the illustrations, since I had to put out one a day some of them came out rushed. #35dayssonic

2D digital illustration. Modern and Classic Sonic are juxtaposed from each other on the screen, running in opposite directions. Their legs are going so fast they make “figure 8” or an “infinity symbol”. There is a white energy dividing the two. Behind classic Sonic is the word “forever”. Behind Modern Sonic is the word “fast”. Captioning both halves on either side is the phrase “35 years and still…”. Creating the overall phrase “35 years and still forever fast” or “35 years and still fast forever” depending on the way you read it.

The same piece, but flipped to put modern Sonic on the top half

2D digital illustration. Sonic The Hedgehog in The Backrooms. Sonic is walking alone in the backrooms, hallways of off yellow wallpaper, brown carpet and a ceiling of florescent lights. There is no logic to the space. Coming out of one wall is a palm tree, out of another is the Egg Mobile. On the wall behind Sonic is a shadow of a tall, spindly deformed figure whose silhouette resembles Sonic’s, the shape of the shadow implies it is around the corner. It has red and black colour scheme, a tall, sharp build, very long spikes on the back of the head, spiked forearms and fists and a flowing yellow visor. To the back is what appears to be Dr. Eggman, but he is wearing a “digital jumpsuit and has a TV static effect covering him, implying this is some kind of digital clone or hologram. To the top of the piece is a caption saying “Sonic The Hedgehog presents SILVER’S EPILOGUE”.

35 Days Of Sonic - Day 12 - Climax. The ending of Sonic Adventure 2 still stands as the most impactful and climactic finale to any Sonic game for me. I hope you enjoy and stay safe. Bye. #35dayssonic #sonicadventure2 #gamewarsstudios

2D digital illustration. Sonic and Shadow in their super forms fighting the Final Hazard (as seen in Sonic Adventure 2) in Space. Super Sonic is to the left of the screen, flying up with an intense, angry expression on his face. Super shadow is on the right side of the screen with an angry expression on his face and his hand stretched out. Both are enveloped in bright yellow auras. They are looking at the Final Hazard. The Bio Lizard, fused into the Eclipse Cannon of the Space Colony ARK. The Bio Lizard is looking up at Sonic and Shadow and charging a ball of pink energy from its mouth. The ARK takes up most of the background, but a glimpse of space can be seen behind it.

35 Days Of Sonic - Day 11 - Toon. I used Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog as the inspiration as this one. I wanted to make this look like a frame from the show. I hope you enjoy and stay safe. Bye! #35dayssonic #gamewarsstudios #sonicthehedgehog

2D digital illustration. The piece is designed to resemble a frame from the Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon. Sonic is running alongside Tails who is flying. They are being chased by Doctor Robotnik who is riding in the Eggmobile. Sonic and Tails have wide smiles, almost laughing while Robotnik is yelling in anger. All three figures have faint shadows behind them imposed onto the background, similar to old animation cel. The background is an orange-brown track in front of a yellow sky with orange wispy clouds and paint splatters.

35 Days Of Sonic - Day 10 - Remembrance. I really like how this one turned out. I hope you enjoy and stay safe. Bye!

2D digital illustration. Shadow The Hedgehog is standing on the ledge of a grassy cliff looking over the ocean. Shadow is holding a white rose in his hand. It is nighttime with a clear sky. Shadow is looking up at the moon. Within the moon we see Maria Robotnik smiling. The moon is glowing bright, reflecting its light in the water.
