One of the truest struggles for an artist: Needing to set up stuff in other drawings before getting to the cool ideas you have for your chars (I know this pain so well 💔)

This and Nintendo getting into that big legal battle over Palworld pushing me to wanna get the game myself Turns out there's no stronger motivator than big corpos saying you shouldn't be supporting something lmao

Gonna be real, I'd always skipped over the thought of making an FA account cause I got the impression it was kind of a sus place, but the stuff it's been dealing with in censorship and budget problems is making me genuinely consider making one and posting my furry art over there

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Unsure if I'll wanna do the Inktober prompts for CB, but while it's relevant, I may as well post this art of an Archangel OC I made in late 2024~ Based on the concepts of stage fright and performance anxiety, traits my Internet artist bunny's linked to quite well #cassettebeasts #art #oc

Cait the blue bunny and Ethan the yellow, red-striped kitty are at the scene of a ruined-looking train station, pieces of the station floating in the white void with swirling gray in the background. The two are facing down an 'Archangel' akin to the game Cassette Beasts. This archangel is labeled in the top left as 'Archangel Dryden: Eyes of the Stage', and it takes the form of a set of stage curtains with five realistic-looking eyes positioned in a circle and two realistic-looking, clawed hands behind it. Cait is shown to have a determined look on her face, while Ethan can barely be seen with a more nervous expression.

Caught between wanting to do creepy stuff for October or just, going CRAZY with crackship art ideas that suddenly started polluting my brain yesterday Being an artist is hard sometimes 💔

Absolutely gorgeous as usual! Always love the poses and expressions in your art 💚

Hello hello! Name's Fizzy, or just Fizz, and I draw traditional art surrounding my massive catalogue of original characters from various fictional worlds! My goal is to share the stories of these worlds with an audience that might enjoy them someday, in whatever form that might come in 💚

Would Faith be boosted to the new cap in that one sidequest between her and Jodie, or would she stay at 30 and gain experience in those fights? I don't imagine it'd affect much in the long run either way, I'm just curious

100

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Honestly you could lean either way to me at a glance, don't get super strong vibes one way or the other. Suppose that'd be a 5 from me..

010

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Either way, really sorry you had to deal with this. You really do deserve better, and I'll be wishing you the best, whatever decision you decide to make 💚

111

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

Given the circumstances, I think you should stick to the name you chose for yourself. You came to it completely separate with your own logic to it. If this former friend had such an issue with yours being 'similar', I think that's kinda their own problem, nothin you oughta concern yourself with

130

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

What the fuck do you mean it's the Equinox why is it still so goddamn hot

000

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Just be yourself, whatever that means for you. You'll always find people who love that, and no matter what, pouring your truest self into your work is something special that no one can ever take away 💚

010

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

You shouldn't fret so much over whether you're 'original' or not. We're at a point in history where everything's been done at least once before. What matters is the spin YOU can put on it. That'll always be unique, whether you believe it or not, cause no one has the same heart as you

110

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

That's entirely fair honestly! From what I've heard, several folks actually encourage artists to make use of reposting frequently to get their art better seen. It ain't a bad thing at all ✨

110

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Y'know, I didn't think there were many more potential ideas for a vs puzzle game, but this is the first I've heard of this series, and I'm impressed by just how fun and unique this looks! The character designs seem pretty cool too, I might look into getting this ✨

040

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I actually love this redesign sm. The staff and form shifting stuff give me such magical girl vibes 💚

110

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Most stages I can think of that takes it out of its lock & key context (Whomp's Fortress, Bowser in the Dark World) just makes it feel kind of whatever really. Like it doesn't get placed in areas where its invincibility feels impactful, save for the Toxic Maze in HMC

000

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

...But realistically, it's VERY much a lock & key sort of powerup. Need to walk underwater/ignore currents? Metal cap nearby, EZ. Then you don't even actually NEED to use it in those cases since every star that requires that stuff can be cheesed without it pretty easily iirc

100

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Hot take: Metal Cap is the most aura-carried Mario powerup in the whole franchise The idea of turning solid metal and being immune to all damage while its incredible theme from Mario 64 plays in the background is just- IMPOSSIBLE to not find cool (Plus its in the Smash series just makes it cooler)

Felicity Co's higher ups got a liiiittle miffed to discover one of their division heads had made a personal assistant bot with company time and resources. Epsi made up for it by building models for every OTHER Division head too, giving perfect assistants to each one~ #art #oc #furry #KittynaFiles

Three variants of the same robotic anthro cat model, all with unique functions and features that let them better excel in their own divisions.

From left to right:

The purple Chemistry Division model has a chemical storage/mixer area in his chest, and can summon holo-screens from his paws to track complex data. He's currently looking away with a more neutral, almost analytical expression.

The orange Geology Division model has clawed feet to give him a better grip on rough terrain, and his paws can combine into a MASSIVE drill that pushes straight through rocks and minerals. He's looking off to the side with a cocky expression.

The bluish-grayish Tech Division model is the original, only having the standard functions every other model holds: Pawpads that can scan and identify substances, a battery meter on his thigh to show his current energy charge, a translucent-tubed plug tail you can hook into a wall and watch as energy flows through the tube to charge him, extendable, bendy robotic arms, fully 360 rotating ball joints between his shoulders and arms, and an expressive screen face showing his emotions at any given time. He's looking off to the side with a nervous smile, holding a stack of documents.

Each model also has a white greek letter symbol on their chest - The Chemistry model has the letter Theta, the Geology model has the letter Rho, and the Tech model has the letter Epsilon.

At the bottom of the page, it says in parentheses 'Biology and Astronomy models pending'

I love seeing more of an in-between state for their Nyaga and normal selves. Seeing them so flustered tryna get their snake tail to function is really cute x3

If I'm gonna be blogging about something, I'd rather it be in MY words rather than just lifting the words of someone else cause I'm not knowledgeable enough otherwise, y'know? Anyways watch TBSkyen I haven't checked out his long form content yet but his shorts are excellent for artistic insight ✨

Like I REALLY enjoy playing devils' advocate against what feels like the majority consensus, and Ocarina of Time would definitely be a case of that But I've seen the 'it's supposed to be like puppetry' point all over the place, to where it's completely informed my perception of the topic

110

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Oftentimes I'll feel the itch to write a topic for the blog, but ultimately hafta decide against it by proxy of 'so many people have already said this better than me. I'd just be regurgitating them' That's kinda how I feel with the OOT remake discourse.

I think it says a lot that I've seen more than one person both ooo and aaa at the new Professor Layton and joke 'Oh that new Yo-Kai game's probably AI lol' in the SAME REACTION Man's got the 'muh scrimblo' pass so hard I didn't even realize they were made by the same company lmao

140

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Also I don't think enough people are talking about how Nintendo literally had a Zelda-dedicated Direct, and instead of revealing Age of Calamity Definitive Edition there, they decided to put it in the general direct anyways I'm not even mad that's just comedy lmao

000

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Can't say I entirely understand why in the world they started with Monster Hunter Wilds of all things Like You can play this on any other console right now Literally put ANY other Nintendo announcement you had and it would've worked better Maybe not Metroid necessarily but SOMETHING

100

Artistic Fizzy~ @artisticfizzy.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

So That Direct was really losing me in the first half, I was already prepping to say I was more cynical about this direct than any other one before while watching it live Then it pulled it back in the second half, so y'know what Yeah that was okay actually I liked it
