One thing which everyone is doing, there so much settings, I don't have a answer to this but maybe a onboarding flow letting me QnA or using AI to configure this, explaining to me what is happening would be maybe nice. I don't want to go through all these settings.

@cognition Devins Model picker is pretty nice for a model agnostic harness. Also Fusion make so much sense with a Lead and Sidekick but @dabit3 GPT 6.1 Sol as a sidekick would be nice but I guess this will come soon and maybe let me change the effort of the Sidekick would be great.

Can someone explain how this is possible, that medium effort performs better than xhigh? Is it overthinking / overengineering for dev tasks?

agree, jev or jev like models will have a huge impact it's not the " shiny" new thing but rather really useful and fast high-volume decision making tool go to x and just search jev for the diffent things people build already - harness decisions like

10h generation with /goal burned 65% of the $200 max plan result was solid but was it worth it? 🙃 would've changed some UI decisions if I just prompted it better along the way probably a skill issue on my end with /goal

Grok Bot is now my IDE @cursor_ai + @bot is an awesome combo I build with Cursor, hand off tasks to Grok Bot, which can spin up Cursor again if needed Both have a mobile app I can check on the go.

I tried using Fable as the orchestrator and Grok 4.6 High as the executor in @cursor_ai The result was terrible, the UI it generated was so bad. Does anyone have a good workflow for this? look at this login form 🤣

back on @cursor_ai + Cloud Agents finally not fighting storage issues every day 512 gb mac was a mistake, never again

with the current indie hacker shift, B2B / enterprise could be interesting for some of you to see what's actually happening in that space
021
Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 04/08/2026
will share more about enterprise and B2B AI here creating a lot of enablement materials for SAP Business Technology Platform (soon Business AI Platform) and maybe some of you might find it useful you get a real feeling where enterprise AI is at right now

get a VPS -> spin up codex -> let it deploy n8n and browser-use -> automate whatever you want
A workflow setup in n8n shows a manual trigger connected to a task listing process, with deployment details and resource management displayed.

Show codex / claude a skill or let them use your computer and make a reusable skill out of it rerun it as often you want 🙂

also tokens are burning way faster with Fable 5 then with GPT 5.6 let's see what anthropic is cooking next 🙂

Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 23/07/2026
GPT 5.6 medium-high are really good for daily coding tasks but overall, fable / opus still better at design, though gpt 5.6 caught up a bit. + Codex app is really good with all the features like computer use / browser use and plugins

GPT 5.6 Sol med - xhigh is currently my go-to coding model been testing fable 5 and GPT 5.6 Sol the last few days Opus 4.8 with dynamic workflows was already pretty good but fable tops this. GPT 5.6 Sol Ultra also spins up a lot of subagents but the results weren't that good in my tests

- observable enough to debug - structured enough that an agent can help safely The goal is not “AI operates Kubernetes.” The goal is: make Kubernetes declarative, observable, and policy-gated enough that an agent can become a useful operator instead of a new source of chaos.
000
Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 29/06/2026
It gets constrained inputs, read/write boundaries, policy gates, branch protection, and Git as the actuator. Higher-risk changes stay human-reviewed. That feels like the right shape for small infrastructure: - cheap enough to run on one node - Git-native enough to audit

Flux, Grafana, and Forgejo MCP servers give the agent operational context. Alerts can spawn bounded jobs that diagnose, propose a PR, and report back with evidence. The important part: the agent is not a root shell with vibes.

Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 29/06/2026
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Alloy, Alertmanager, blackbox probes, and runbooks make the system explainable before an agent touches it. 10. MCP + alert-to-agent loop

Secrets stay encrypted in Git and are decrypted by Flux inside the cluster. Shared platform secrets are replicated intentionally, not copied around by hand. 9. Observability

Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 29/06/2026
One generic Helm chart, explicit app registration, per-project service-account impersonation, scoped RBAC, quotas, limit ranges, PSA labels, and default-deny egress. 8. SOPS + age

6. CloudNativePG per project namespace Each project can own its app namespace and database, with WAL/base backups through Barman to S3-compatible object storage. 7. Tenant boundaries

CI pushes sortable image tags. Flux writes the promoted tag back into each app’s deploy/values.yaml, so deployments remain Git commits. 5. Gateway API + Traefik + cert-manager + external-dns Apps get HTTPRoutes. The shared gateway carries wildcard TLS. DNS lands in Cloudflare automatically.

3. Forgejo Self-hosted Git source of truth, OCI registry, and Actions CI. The build runner is off-cluster so CI spikes don’t fight production workloads. 4. Flux image automation

A lean Kubernetes base. Single-node today, with the app and DB model designed so it can move toward HA without changing how apps are deployed. 2. Flux Operator One FluxInstance syncs the cluster root from Git. No app-of-apps sprawl, no imperative drift as the default operating model.

I’ve been building a small agentic GitOps infrastructure on k3s, and the main lesson is this: the agent should not be the platform. GitOps is the platform. The agent is an operator that works inside boundaries. Current shape of the stack: 1. k3s on Hetzner

I genuinely don't know yet if this solves real pain or if it's just another idea. that's why I'm looking for testers. bring your own Codex / Claude subscription or API key, I cover sandbox and hosting. all I want back is honest feedback. comment or DM men

can non-technical people and teams move fast in a realtime collaborative workspace, with experts able to step in when it matters? - everything runs in isolated sandboxes (generated, tested, previewed there) - separate agents for research, coding, and review, each on the model you choose
100
Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 23/06/2026
but the reality is still, a human has to review it in an business / enterprise context. an auto-scan won't tell you your architecture is wrong or your tech-stack decision will hurt in six months. the expert in the loop is the value. so I built pullplane to test one idea:

I do a lot of work around agent-assisted coding/vibe coding, and two questions come up every single time: How do I get my app live? How do I make it secure? my first instinct was an agentic cloud that just auto-checks and ships it

Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 15/04/2026
TIL you can type ! in claude code to execute shell commands directly and then keep working with the results previously I just opened another tab and copy pasted everything like back and forth

best part? spin it up from anywhere, let it work while you do other stuff this is where development is heading currently
000
Arthur @arthurliebhardt.com · 13/04/2026
@cursor_ai cloud agents are wild you literally spin up a VM, tell it what to build, and watch it: - open browsers - click around - run tests - record everything - debug itself first agent walks you through setup and gets everything running without you lifting a finger
